If you are having problem in stamina while exercise, then you can have banana an hour before exercise, which will give you energy during workout. Avoid any junk food and take proper protein diet.
Best effect if you do it in the morning, if it is not possible in the morning then you can do it in evening. But you will get best result if you do it in the morning.
