laws in SK is too weak to protect the victim. Especially if people who are not familiar with Korean language and Korean law become victims, it will be very hard to solve. Tell as many places(other yotube channels, news reporters, or lawyer) as you can to get your son back. Please stay strong because you are a mother
그리고 남편분 이 채널 보고있을까봐 댓 남겨요. 한국어 잘 못하고 한국문화 잘 몰라서 고군분투 하는 외국인 아내가 우습게 느껴질 것 같은데, 일 커지고 매스컴 타면 경찰 태도부터 시작해서 아내 때렸다 뭐다 해서 남편분한테 귀찮은 일 계속 생길수도 있어요. 그리고 그쪽도 본인을 끔찍이 아끼는 어머니 밑에서 자랐으면서 왜 갓 태어난 아들은 엄마한테서 떼가나요. 그게 자식 정신건강에도 좋은 일이 아니에요. 정확한 경위는 모르지만 본인이 아이를 키우고 싶으면 양육권 소송을 하면 되는거고, 확실한 법원의 판단 없이 막무가내로 아이랑 엄마를 분리시키는건...아니라고 봅니다. 실제로 이혼 소송 중에 아이 막무가내로 데려갔다가 미성년자 약취 혐의로 고소당한 사례도 있구요. 법적으로 이런 선례가 있으면 판결할 때 많이 참고하기도 하니까요. 경찰 앞에서 데려간거라고 해도 한국어가 유창하지 않은 외국인 배우자와의 사건이라 효력이 있을지 없을지는 모르겠네요. 모쪼록 원활하게 해결할 수 있길 빕니다.
