Not only just BTech education including any higher education ( MBA, MCA and etc), person who has good analytical and communication skills can get good job easily , the problem here students, faculty , colleges have lack of facilities and our education system which encouraging mugup are culprits. Tell me one person who has good skills did not have good job, share me their email address , I will conduct the interiew and ready to refer to my company. Many IT companies are worried because of lack of skills, there are countless jobs which require quality skill people. Please don't blame BTech. My suggestion is develop good communication, analytical and problem solving skills, jobs will come automatically.

టెక్నికల్ క్వాలిఫికేషన్ ఏదైనా(ఐటిఐ, డిప్లోమా, బిటెక్,ఎంటెక్,...ఇలా ఎదైనా) మిగితా అన్ని చదువులుకన్నా ఇంకా చెప్పాలంటే IAS కంటే కూడా చాలా చాలా బెటర్. బిటెక్ వద్దని చెప్పటానికి మీ అనుభవం చాలదు. నేను డిప్లొమా. 38 ఇయర్స్. ఎంతో మంది IASలు, లాయర్లు, సీఏ... కన్నా బెటర్. స్టార్టింగ్ కొద్దిగా కష్టం ఉంటుంది. చివర్లో స్టూడెంట్ బాగా చెప్పారు. అందరూ టెక్నికల్ క్వాలిఫికేషన్సే చదవాలి. ఇంకో సంవత్సరం పెంచి లా, సీఏ,ఫైనాన్స్,మార్కెటింగ్, HR...ఇలా అన్ని కలిపి 5 ఇయర్స్ ఒకే డిగ్రీ (ఒకటి సైన్స్, రేండోది ఇంజనీరింగ్) అందరికి ఇస్తే మంచిగా ఉంటుంది.

In most of engineering colleges the faculty are not qualified. Even professors also below qualified persons. Studying under JNTU is worst. For some subjects they did not give books also. Students used to study from online by searching in Google. In most colleges syllabus was not be completed. It is better to study in Chennai, Kerala, and bengulore. If compare with other college students, the students in Telugu States are getting less package of salaries due to poor education. The present trs govt also did not take any steps to improve skills in engineering education.
