PUERTORICAN CHICKEN STEW/ POLLO GUISADO 🇵🇷 🇵🇷 🇵🇷 

I’ve been Puerto Rican my whole life lol and you’re technique for making Pollo Guisado just made me a hero in my family last night! One of the best meals I’ve ever made. Thank you for sharing, you deserve a medal for this🥇

My son is half Puerto Rican and his grandmother passed away a few years back. I’m always looking to find recipes that will bring him closer to his culture. Thanks for this video! I’m making it tomorrow!

My husband took me to Barranquitas and Bayamon to meet his family and experience the countryside where he grew up. Those mountains 😳 I was terrified driving around the mountain . But it was worth it to get to old San Juan. Anyway Mama made this stew for us as our going home meal, it was so delicious. The flavors were incredible. I've wanted to find a recipe to make this my husband and yours is the closest so I will be making it for us this weekend. Thank you for explaining how to do this meal properly

Tried your recipe after looking and trying many. This is by far the best most authentic version I’ve found. It reminded me of my welas. The only thing I changed the most recent time I’ve made was avoid the water and adding less than a cup of beer to top the potatoes. Thank you.
