🌱 1 kg. Eggplant
🌱 100gr. Margarine
🌱 100gr. Flour
🌱 700 gr. Tomato puree
🌱 200gr. Tomato concentrate
🌱 1l. Soya milk
🌱 1. Celery
🌱 1. Carrot
🌱 1. Onion
🌱 1. Teaspoon Cinnamon
🌱 1 Sprig of Rosemary
🌱 2 Spoons Soy sauce (optional)
Salt & Oil q. b.
Cooking 200/220 ° for 50/60 minutes
