I do believe Biggie should have came to jail to visit Pac, but at the same time Biggie was probably too busy not saying that as an excuse but just the reality. Another reason why I believe didn’t Biggie probably didn’t visit Pac is he probably felt like Pac was too mad at him & didn’t want to be around that situation. When Pac was in jail Biggie was blowing up an pretty much at the height of his career in ‘95. Biggie did visit Pac in the Hospital though.
