1. prepare and cook the tako
*for this 8 lb kraken I used a bucket and 1/2 cup of Hawaiian salt and cleaned /scrubbed while mashing it with hands. Rinse out the suds a few times and remove the organs.
*Bag and keep in freezer until ready to thaw out.
*boil in beer (add a little water) on medium to medium high heat for 25-30 mins or until desired tenderness, Remove and allow to cool off
2. marinade for 24 hrs using Park's Barbecue Sauce and HWN chili water
3. grill until lightly charred
4. slice legs and add all ingredients into a bowl and mix well:
1 chopped green onion
1 sliced sweet onion
1/3 cup Oyster Sauce
4 tbsp Sriracha
4 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp Mirin
5 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
