Pulling a 1994 2004 Mustang Engine shown on 2003 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra 

Many times the coolant is different colors to help you know not to mix it. Some are compatible with other kinds, but sometimes the chemicals will work against each other. Coolant is also a lubricant, so sometimes they recommend using a certain kind. In the end, you are usually okay as long as you drain it all and fill it with one kind. I would look for leaks around the lines. Did any air come out when you bled them? You may also try bleeding the master cylinder

@@dannyjohnsonsgarage Yes, there was quite a bit of air, but I didn't Bleed, the master cylinder, that's a good idea.
