I was hoping there would be more pathophysiology but it seems this video was just for the layman.

I have this defect, I'm 39 y/o and I'm ok, sometimes I cannot breathe very well at all, but I feel ok, I could have a baby thanks God.

Like you, I’ve had a very prominent murmur since I was a baby, I’m 27 now and still occasionally have breathing problems - but luckily haven’t had any effect from covid - but I’ve come a long way from getting checked up every year for 12 years.
