That looks lovely. I think that I have started getting inflammation from using almond flour so I will wait awhile before trying it. I have made your rustic bread, cheese buns and the airfryer bread recently and loved them all. But that is when I started having joint pain. Maybe it was just too much for me. I appreciate the simplicity of your recipes and your calm manner.
Sorry to hear about your joint pain! Good idea to take a break from almond flour and see if that's what's causing it. I also read that the protein casein in dairy can cause inflammation. The recipes you have tried all have quite a bit of dairy in it. So maybe keep an eye out for that, too. Hope it will resolve soon ❤️
You are my favorite to follow on RU-vid. So glad I have subscribed. I am on Keto but lost more weight than my body can afford. This will be a great tasty way too get some extra calories. Thank you ☺️
Love pumpkin! Going to try this with some plant-based cream cheese as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen in dairy. Thanks for posting
I haven't tried that. Generally, you can use 1/4 cup of coconut flour for every cup of almond flour BUT you need to account for the higher absorbency of coconut flour. So not sure how it would work out. However, if you tolerate pecan flour, you can sub that 1:1 for almond flour.
@@lowcarbabode My husband cannot have any nut flour we use coconut flower with most of our baking or flax I've made a few of your recipes food recipes but would love To make this one and to also make your rustic bread but the almond flower is a no noMaybe you can experiment a little whenever you have a chance with coconut flour and flax
