Hi Guys! For those interested, the blouse is from Sezane, one of my favorite French Brands! I'm collaborating with them as one of their Lifestyle Influencers, so I receive a small commission for each piece sold. This is the link: c3po.link/Q9KBFDzcub it looks like it's already sold out (things go quick on this site!) but this is the other pattern that I also love for fall! I may have to get this one too :) seza.ne/QhV8tZs9Ep The quality is really great! Happy Shopping!
Oh wow Beth, you cannot beat a cheesecake bar and a pumpkin cheesecake bar just does it for me and just in time for the holidays and for the fall season. Tysm Beth…
Thank you for all your recipes and special tips. I like that you spray the córners of the pan before placing the parchment paper. I have used parchment paper and you are right some batter does ooze out at the corners. I will certainly trying spraying my pan with baking spray next time. You are so perfect in explaining all the little details which makes everything easier when cooking or baking. Love ❤️ your channel. 😊
You are so welcome! It's a yummy one!! We can''t stop eating them ha! (I had 2 full cheesecakes left over after this shoot and had to have my parents drive over to pick one up ha!) Hope you enjoy!
I have half a can (= 1 cup pumpkin puree) left in my fridge from another recipe. Beth, this will work out perfectly for that leftover pumpkin puree! Thank you for posting this inspirational and delicious-looking fall recipe.
I’m making this. No question. All I did was mention it and everyone in the room oo’d and ah’d! 😄 I’m going this wknd to get the ingredients. Also, THANK YOU for always slicing into and tasting your creations! It’s annoying when ppl don’t. I’ll let you know how it goes! ❤️🙌🏼

Ooolala! Yum! I might be tempted to cut the triangle one more time! Then it would feel fun and not so terrible to get two pieces! Haha. But, it would be cute on a dessert bar. I’m sure this is delicious. I can’t wait to go buy those cookies for the crust and make this. Thank you!
Oh Beth ! Yum! Heading to Trader Joe’s for gingersnaps ! Such a perfect dessert for fall! I think I’ll make my first batch when my grandchildren come over at Halloween 🎃! Thank you !
Native Vanilla is a great and inexpensive place to buy vanilla beans (compared to what you can buy in stores). They offer so many varieties from different places around the world.
Pumpkin cheesecake is one of my favorite things and I love the ease and convenience of bars. It's the best of both worlds! I just have to work out a gingersnap crust that's easier for me than making cookies then crushing them (keto so can't do regular ones). In the meantime, I'll just make a pecan crust. Thanks for the nudge to get moving into fall! I think I got so used to lazing around in the heat, that I'm still in "lounge mode". 🤣🤣 You look beautiful in pink! 🩷
Great programs n recipes, miss Beth, can I use shortbread crust instead in place of ginger snaps, I will just add pumping in spice on d crust. Will appreciate your early reply! Love all your recipes
Answering as to why vaniilla prices have rocketed -we know that Vanilla has always been expensive because it is labour intensive to grow/ harvest and now it is so highly priced because approx 80% of it is grown in Madagascar which has been ravaged by multiple storms of late plus both Madagascan and Mexican farms have been targeted by vanilla theives since vanilla is fetching more money than silver!
Here in rural southern New Hampshire, 12 October 2023, Shaw's/Star Market is charging $3.99 for one 8 oz brick of Philadelphia Cream cheese. The generic brand is $2.99 for 8 oz. Would love to try this recipe but just far too pricey in this neck of the woods.
Perfect, I have a large family gathering for an "after Thanksgiving," dinner and this will absolutely hit the crowd instead of making 3 or 4 pumpkin cheesecakes which I was not anticipating that I normally make, which takes me two whole days to make them perfect. It will give me more time to do my hair. LOL.
