Pumpkin Spice Sauce:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
2/3 cup pure pumpkin/pumpkin puree
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
1/4 tsp salt
On the stovetop combine sugar and water on medium heat in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Lower heat to low. Add pure pumpkin, milk, pumpkin spice and salt. Mix well. Let it cool and then transfer to a lid-tight jar. Can be kept good in the fridge for a couple weeks.
Pumpkin cream cold foam:
Shake Vanilla sweet cream and Pumpkin spice sauce well before using. Use in a 2:1 ratio. What I used in this recipe was 4 tbsp sweet cream and 2 tbsp pumpkin spice sauce. Blend sweet cream on high for 30 seconds or until thick and foamy. Add pumpkin sauce and blend for 5 seconds. Slowly add foam to cold brew and top with pumpkin spice. Enjoy!!
In my cold brew:
2 pumps vanilla syrup
Splash of half n half
The milk frother I used doesn't seem to be sold on Amazon anymore but here is the link to another great hand frother:
