Ingredients
• Pumpkin (grated) - 1 ½ cup (175 gms.)
• Semolina ( Rawa) - 4 tbsp.
• Salt - ½ tsp.
• Sugar - ½ tsp.
• Small onions - 2 tbsp.
• Ginger (chopped) - 1 tsp.
• Green chillies - 2
• Clarified butter - ½ tsp.
• Grated coconut - 1 cup
Points to remember
1. It should be possible to form a shape and make into powder again easily
2. Use roasted fine semolina
3. If puttu maker is not available, steam in an idli mould.
