Hey there, the size of the punch needle really depends on white size yarn you want to use. Here is a link to our punch needle guide: bit.ly/3rRinLG which will have all the information you need to get started 🥰✨

For this particular project, we decided to leave the work inside the frame, so it can be displayed straight away.🥰✨ But you can always just take it out of the embroidery hoop by loosing up the screw on top :)

Hey there! Yes, it can definitely be a little tricky at the beginning. The reasons could be that there is too much tension or the thread is not coming through the needle properly. Another reason could be that you are not pushing the needle deep enough (Make sure to push down to the handle of the needle ) or that you are lifting up your needle too much! I hope these help. 🥰
