Am I the only one who thought orange shirt threw with really solid form? Dude looked completely different than the other 2 to me. Got his elbow up, properly shifted his weight, put his hips into it.
@A Z are you sure? Last guy had the naturally quickest hands for sure, but that seems like something he's just gifted with. He didn't drive his punch from his rear foot (but he did shift his weight properly), he kept his elbow down rather than behind the fist, and he stepped into the punch. Like I said, you could be correct because he naturally has the smoothest hands, but his form was no better, and actually worse from a technical perspective, than orange shirt.
It's not about how hard the punch is, it's about the speed and proper defense, which was clearly visible with the second person. Can you guys really not see the difference?
A buddy of mine and me went to a punch machine once and I hit harder than him, nevertheless in sparring he eats me because his shots are faster and more accurate. Precision beats power
Ive got better scores with an open hand bitch slap as it doesnt measure torque, its a silly machine as surely the weight of shot behind the puncher is not registered.
Wrong, secound one is boxer. He have better technique, his elbow is high with his fist, his sholder is protecting chin, other hand is up too also he is transfering wright and have rotation of the hips.
Remember that a fight in not solve by one single punch, even though they may or may not punch harder than the boxer, they will probably stand no chance in front of a real boxer. What you just said is like saying "I’m good at boxing because I punch the heavy bag" even though obviously the bag doesn’t punch you back.
Well obviously, it's just a machine. Boxing matches is mostly about endurance in how good you perform. In btw I believe everyone has the capability to become a great boxer, we all bleed in get injured the same there's no big difference, it takes allot of training and dedication.
