After a long drive we from Letaba Rest Camp we made it up North to Punda Maria and enjoyed three nights at the wildest camp in the Kruger. We also visited our friends from California staying at Pafuri before spending our last night at Olifants before making the long journey home to Cape Town.

Interior & overlanding gear upgrades to Jimnothy were done by African Sky Adventure Company - This includes our battery system, fridge, extra lights, awning, strengthened and serviced our Front Runner Roof Rack, refitted our roof top tent to accommodate two jerrycans and had previously fitted the Front Runner under roof rack table kit, the drop down tailgate prep table, and the African Sky interior roof storage net. www.afriskyadventure.co.za/
Mechanical upgrades to Jimnothy were done in 2020 Zombie Offroad - This includes 50 mm Des Sol 4x4 Adventure Hardware lift kit, supplied with Gabriel HDP Shocks, the Zombie Offroad steering damper, as well as the extended brake lines, EBC Brake pads, and 32 mm wheel spacers. zombieoffroad.co.za/
We also upgraded our tyres to the 215/75 R15 General Grabber AT3 at BestDrive specifically for Botswana

My favourite overlanding couple. Great video as always. This is Another camp site I still need to check out. So Now that the 4 door Jimny is out, what are your thoughts? Upgrade on the horizon?

Thank you so much. We really appreciate the love. We can totally say how much we loved Punda. For now we are very happy with the Gen 3 Jimny, but maybe a van down line ? hehe

Nice vid. Punda looking very run down. Was there last year. Where does all the money go when you let the place to to ruin like this camp.

Thanks! Much appreciated. We really fell in love with that place. Honestly we think they do the most with the budgets they get, so hopefully some upgrades are on the cards soon, as it seems SANParks are gradually making their way up north, upgrading infrastructure.

The Western Cape and the greater Kruger area would definitely by our recommendation, but we might be a bit biased. We are very blessed to an amazing country, so we'd if you can... all of it 😊 I suppose it depends on your budget and how long you'd like to stay. But most flights come through either Johannesburg or Cape Town, so that would be a good place to start 😊
