This is the Pune metro VLog for July’2018. Its 16th vlog in the series of metro vlogs that I am sharing to spread awareness about the ongoing metro work progress in Pune. In this Vlog, we'll look at Latest Pune Metro rail project work progress on Vanaz Ramwadi Line of Pune metro.
Somnath Rasal & Girish Lavekar have volunteered & helped me create this vlog and I appreciate their help with this. In this vlog we have visited Vanaz, Nal Stop, Karve Road, Riverside at Z bridge near Deccan in Pune.

Great vlog awesome as always. I hope after monsoon work progress regains the pace it had before the monsoon. Also I have heard that they have started work on the underground section of the PCMC- Swargate line, so if you could cover that it would be nice.

Hi Yogi... Was just passing the PCMC Swargate stretch today and I noticed that 1st pier of the Sant Tukaram Station has been layed completely.... Eagerly waiting for your next metro vlog..!!

The TMT bars used in the support pillars haven't been given anti-corrosion treatment. If the Metro is to be safe this should have been an absolute pre-requiste BEFORE the concreting of the work on the pillars is done. In Mumbai, for example, all TMT bars used for n structural members of flyovers / metro pillars have been given proper anti-corrosion treatment. What an impending disaster there would be if corrosion sets in !!!!

Sarthak Shewale Work won't be stopped due to rains. But it may get affected and progress may be slow..

there is bharat and there is India ere in Pune also and I have very much doubt whether Bharat can afford Metro fares . !!

for running any transportation system there has to be two extreme supply and demand conditions at both end of a corridor .For Pune , Nigdi -Swargate corridor neither end has a big requirement of labor .In case of Churchgate - Virar or CST-Karjat there is a great demand of labor at cch and CST . Is it a case with Nigdi and Swargate.? This both area belong to Bharat .Hinjewadi , Ramwadi are different story.
