Sir There are many ongoing projects of different builders in kharadi nxt location including township & maximum builders have procession timelines of 2027 & 2028. All builders are charging huge at this point in time so by 2028 there will be huge availability of inventory. Will this not hamper the appreciation of property at that time ?? With current prices avg. 2 BHK with carpet of 800 is costing 1 cr + So being a investor who is purchasing this property how much appreciation is anticipated by 2030 in these locations.
