I will use this opportunity to thank you GSM for your work. I have been watching your videos since day one of getting my Black GSD puppy and with your tips and tricks she turned out AMAZING. I have never had such a well disciplined dog before, didn't even have to struggle with her, everything worked like a charm. She is now 9 months old and her temperament is exactly like Frida's.

My rescue, Lady, is super tender hearted. Lady is a very big girl - 115lbs, a silver -sable beauty. From the story that was told me, her original family moved , leaving her behind. So in addition to being tender hearted, she's broken hearted. I've used my mean voice with her twice & it totally backfired. With her I've learned that all I need is a gentle, almost whispering voice.

Every morning my GS puppy and I watch G-man. I think my puppy is learning from him. When he says right here... my puppy comes and sits next to me..HaHa.

My Maggie is really tender-hearted and yes, you are absolutely right. To correct her all I have to do is to call her name with just a little bit higher tone than normal. That's it. Sometimes I have to be careful talking to others coz when I raise my voice, she stops and tries to see if I am correcting her.

Even though he is a handful at times he is still a good boy and Freeda is extra special too infact all your Shepherds are great Charles.. keep up the good work man. 👌

So I bought a GS puppy, 8 week old, female. She’s the most loving, sweetest and shockingly to me, fearless puppy I’ve ever seen. I have a male GS who’s around 4.5 months of age. I got him at 6 weeks because the mother stopped feeding him, so when I got him, he was very quite, shy, sweet but extremely easy to train; he didn’t have any bad habits, no chewing on things, no crying and got the potty training within a few days after getting him. When they are together, they love to wrestle and what not, but I’ve noticed that when I show him attention, she gets extremely anxious and will aggressively attack him, as if she’s trying to protect me. I like that’s she’s so attached to me, but I’ve also seen trainers who have to deal with correcting this behavior once they become adults because one of the dogs is too aggressive and it creates a problem. I bought your Training Guide, which helped me tremendously with my first puppy, but what would you suggest for this problem? Tbh I’m not even sure if it is a problem, I’ve never owned 2 puppies at once. I train them separately and play with them separately too. Any advice on the subject would help, thanks !

Charles great video! You know big Don is always been my favorite but I think Frida starting to come up there 2. I have one dog that is very timid and a very light touch and the other dog is so hard-headed and High Drive two Polar Opposites. I could see what you're going through. Our dog Maximus is very tender heart too. He is my sweet boy. He will be 14 in February. He is real smart too.

I brought my GSD girl home about 2 weeks ago and she is very gentle. She loves to play and chew and is definitely willing to please, but compared to the other dogs we have I've noticed that she is super tender and sensitive. Her play style is a lot like Frieda's! I try to redirect her more gently compared to the other dogs, and she picks up the corrections pretty quickly too.

THANK YOU for the video of ATTITUDE DIFFERENCES. As I have six GSD I found it to be very informative for training purposes; I believe in your ALWAYS BE TRAINING program and I continually work on it. FRIEDA WOULD BE GOOD AS A THERAPY DOG. I HAVE ONE THAT IS TDI CERTIFIED AND USE HIM TO VISIT THE SICK AND DYING.

Ok...thank goodness for this video...my gsd is like Major..more aggressive and go get it type lol. Glad to know that's normal. Your techniques are working with our gsd. Tried the go in/come out (ok) crate technique and in 1 day he is so much more manageable! No more arghhh🙈 moments with the in/out crate.😅

I've had to use the pin-down technique with my Sergeant/Melanie puppy a couple of times. He gets amped up with my Belgian Malinois when they wrestle and play. He is very honorable, though, and doesn't fight over toys or food... he just REALLY likes the females now at 10 months.

I have an 18 week old German shepherd and she is not tender what do ever. She is crazyyyy during play time but she also has her moments when she’s an obedient doggy. I’m going to try the grabbing her extra skin on the side when she misbehaves.

I love Frida. She super smart be a pleasure to train. So glad you made this video it is so important to learn new animal before you train it. I got the opposite my females the hard charger and the mail is a soft harder one. And as favorite thing said they're just like kids German shepherds out of all dogs are so intelligent they are like humans. I cannot tell you how many ways my female has done stuff that shocked me

About the create training, I heard that German Shepard are at risk for bloat and one of the ways you can prevent it is don’t exercise your dog at least an hour before or after eating, so how would that fit into the create training routine

GSM my 10 week old western showline puppy will tear at my pant legs and bite hard while growling on walks and every time I finish carrying her up the stairs I set her down and she attacks me and starts barking Loud right next to my neighbors door. Do I be more assertive or more gentle? Is this normal? Why is she doing this and what do I do?
