Kdenlive rendered the video to be 2 mins longer than it actually is (despite having no extra clips in the timeline). Thankfully I was able to cut it out with RU-vid's video editor, but now I have to re-render the video so I can upload it to Odysee...sad times.

those fake antiviruses are called rogues, as far as i know they were pretty wide spread from 2008 to 2013. I remember that they were generally pretty easy to remove. Few that comes to my mind are Nava shield, Woflram antivirus and PC defender 2009.
