My only criticism of the Pure Air, which I own, is that the motor could do with more torque to make it more useful round here, where it is very hilly in parts. I am heavy so only get about 10 miles out of a charge. Other than that it runs ok, but is difficult to use due to the current UK Laws in place.
@@DazPreston69 I haven't looked into it but I read somewhere that you can derestrict the motor via the computer control system. One of the problems here along the coast (Cumbria) is a head wind from the South West, that noticeably saps the battery. Overall they are a great idea, especially as they are very easy to transport by car, unlike a bike, its a shame that they haven't got the law sorted out yet! I can imagine an e scooter being used on back roads, cycle lanes and 30 mph limits but can't imagine them on a trunk road!
To be honest like I said in the video, I wish I had bought the pro, but my wife ended up with the pro, she won’t swap me 😂 hope you subscribe friend and use the code for 5% off It’s in the information
Hello, PURE AIR 2, can we accelerate while stationary by turning the wheel manually? I explain to you I ordered an inner tube, but unlike my old scooter, if I spin the rear wheel, accelerating, scooter on, the wheel does not want to accelerate. Can you try on your scooter, by placing it on a chair, to spin the rear wheel while accelerating, to see if it accelerates or if it does not accelerate. I summarize, I want to know if we can accelerate from a standstill by turning the rear wheel at more than 5 km / h with hand but without giving the impulse of the leg? THANKS
Nice post mate. I’ve got a 2nd gen 18 miler (oh no it doesn’t) and I’m currently in psychotherapy because I keep waking up my missus screaming “H2”. This pops up on every striking journey and is easily solved by braking and then restarting. And as for the mileage question, there is none because it doesn’t do what Pure says it does. It does, if you measure in kilometres but not in metric miles. No problem for me pal because I live in a heartless city called London (born and bred) but most people don’t. What are they supposed to do? If your Pure shop isn’t as ubiquitous as a Tescoe Local then you maybe carrying that 17kg for quite a distance. And to think I was going to splash out for the Long Ranger. Stroll on Pure.
Apparently nearly the same, we have had no problem with either the air or air pro, yes speed limit but fun to just ride, see if you can tes5 ride both see how you feel on them for comfort, let us know how you get on
@@DazPreston69 I always look at mine and wonder if I should have got the pro but in all fairness I use it for a 2.2mile commute to work and a 2.2 mile back.. It is ample for what I need it for. Occasionally popping to the shop aswell.
Be careful with chargers make sure it’s the right one, if you have bought it from pure and it will say if it’s for your scooter should be riding around soon enough, thanks for your input on the channel

It’s rated that it can but myself I won’t go out on it in the rain. It is one of the best for puddles and rain though it’s just me I’m a stickler for keeping things like new link in my description for a discount from pure e scooters, Hope you subscribe cheers for your input
Just the gen 2 air can handle heavy rain easily took mine out but all I say is take it easy at the pures tend to be RWD so you can slide out as I did down a wet slippery hill and stacked it so they are water proof close the rubber cap the charger goes into and your good to go
Depends on wher you live, to be totally honest we have been getting written permission to go on grounds if you watch some of our other videos you will see what we have done to be able to enjoy them don’t forget there is a code in description for a bit of discount if you haven’t bought already, hopefully be legalised and all be happy then, thanks for your input
A lot of people use to commute to work and for fun, it’s this government I did a vide of a police man going to work on his, makes you laugh one rule for one another for them,
