Here it is, the biggest, dumbest thing I've ever made. Was it wise to unleash this level of mayhem and put it all into one video? Probably not.
What are the rules? Simple. You must run up to your target, blast them in the face in front of everyone with a loud weapon, then run. All successful runs are added up to come up with a final time.

52:20 He got the elusive target mixed up with the normal targets on House of Sand 54:16 My speedrun strat for this level is to run up to him, drop an explosive duck beside him and start running for the exit as I hit the kill switch 1:10:24 I think there's a set of keys in the house after the level starts proper for the car just outside of the house as an exit. But that's one of those risk/reward things you'd need to consider. 1:59:19 He forgot to do the extra missions for Miami, Santa Fortuna and Whitllton Creek for the H2 maps 2:32:07 and the Easter map for Berlin, the garden party for Dartmore and the street performer for Mumbai

Mooney I think one thing that I could never give you enough praise for is your music editing talent. I was legit honored to be featured on the Berlin Easter Egg hunt, but the fact is you have a way of using a wealth of classical music and modern music that is humorous, animated and fun. Challenge: Highwayman% A suit only, loud, ballistic kill variant. Loadout: The Buccaneer suit Striker Saber Doubloons Other items or variants allowed in loadout as long as they are similarly themed (ornate or antique looking). Main Rules: The Buccaneer suit must be worn at all times. All targets must be eliminated by a ballistic kill with the Striker. Target must be looking at or be running away from Agent 47. Agent 47 must aim his gun at the target and say "stand and deliver!" before shooting. Secondary Rules: The Saber may be dropped only after at least one elimination with it. Non-targets may be eliminated in any way. Picking up modern weapons and items is allowed. Picking up starter equipment before escaping is not necessary. Bonus points for using a vehicle to escape (the more similar the vehicle is to a horse, the better).
