That's only because they're in creative mode half of the time, and the other half it's immunity to a certain weapon. The code monsters were actually more creative, because they had a reason and then took the form of the eggs, the workers don't really have a reason to show up. They just do, and everything around them is a threat, which makes no sense when you think about it. Because then the federation should be dealing with these guys, not the islanders (and yeah, I know they're admins playing both, but lore-wise the islanders shouldn't be dealing with any of this because they all served their time in purgatory).
@@mirroughs7729 i mean it isnt completely random why they are attacking the islanders, they probably know that the federation is massive and strong and a direct war against them would be risky for the eyeball guys, so they attack the islanders and their eggs so that the islanders complain/ riot against the federation and demand that they hand over luffy. After all, the federation wants them to "enjoy the island"
@@Ordis7585 I would agree, if not for the use of creative mode. That just strikes me as a cheat move. Out numbering is fine, attacking the eggs, also okay. But it's the use of creative mode that just adds another layer of difficulty that makes it an uneven fight, especially when it's used to attack or to revive a fallen worker. As for "handing over Luffy" it feels like that should be addressed in a way that's not "Purgatory and Federation are working together" and were both the bad guys as a result. Like, Philza needs to learn Luffy's state in Federation care to show they aren't as bad as Purgatory. Overall, I get what you're saying, I'm just looking for a reason within the chaos.
Yeah, but they had a reason for that, and eventually they were able to be defeated and have weapons customized to do serious damage against them. This isn’t like that, they’re in creative mode to revive fallen workers, or retreat and then come back. After that, it’s an unfair fight. Its kinda like there is no choice but to retreat against them, or that’s what I’m getting from this clip.
I noticed that the admins switched the sticks that cause nausea effect to axes to confront Phil bc his discomfort with it, that´s very thoughtful of them ♥
Honestly I'm not a fan of them being unkillable because the script says so, or them coming back because they weren't meant to lose. The effect with the saber was a pretty clever move and it just didn't matter because the script said they shouldn't win that fight. It's similar to how Etoiles had to lose the fight with the codes at the coliseum. I think when they find a clever way around something, it shouldn't just be ignored for the sake of the script but rather played with it, as it is more fun and because it actually feels the islanders accomplished something instead of feeling constant helplessness. That is unless the script wants to make them feel helpless and that all their armor and stuff they've made are no match for the characters of the island which I think would create more frustration that they can't do anything than helplessness.
Agreed, That's the only thing that has really annoyed me when they attack, Using creative mode to win is ridiculously unfair, Not to mention, The amount of broken/damaged gear that occurs due to these fights such as Tubbo's armor during a code attack on him and Sunny. Etoiles losing the fight with the codes was probably one of the most anti-climactic situations ever since admins literally used god mode to win the fight.
I feel like if they down the purgatory workers the workers should have to tp away rather than use creative mode. Like, have there be a “spawn point” that they come from, so when they are downed they tp to another location, get back up, then tp back to their spawn point. Alternatively put curse of vanishing on all their gear, so they won’t drop it if they die (and just have them have a safe room filled with duplicates of their gear so that the players can’t get in). Idk using creative mode to get back up always feels unfair, it takes away the reward of the kill knowing you beat them and just feels like a playground “Nuh uh! That didn’t hit me!” At the same time, I get they don’t want the players getting their items (thus curse of vanishing)
Considering they are on a modded server, I am certain they can find a way so they have selective keep inventory that applies only to specific players and then a simple kit command that gives them the items they need.

@@luckybone6227I mean ramon was literally 7 seconds away from losing a life, its quite possible a missclick happens or a parent isnt able to get a egg back up in time. I think they are trying to get the balance right with this new “threat” so that its scary but not insanely unfair. We had multiple egg deaths with the codes that were just so unfair that it was reverted and was a “nightmare”, I don’t think the admins want that to happen again.
@@Ordis7585 Feels like the admins really either need to buff their own gear or do a different way of recovering that doesn't involve destroying immersion or effect by using admin tools like Creative Mode, The same thing happened with Dark Cucurucho (name used by Richarlyson during a stream involving Elena), Dark Cucurucho teleported to spawn via waystone and just used Creative Flight and flew over to the location instead of walking there or any other method that didn't look as odd.
