Its a continuous process, daily one to the end of life. Its like eating food, but this dhikr remembrance of Allah swt is food for heart and soul. Like food, if you miss it a day, you might last but over time you whither away. Similar if you do not feed heart and soul with the remembrance of Allah swt you whether way, you deprive it of it really needs. Over time this could lead to restlessness, frustration, irritability, anxiety, and in some cases depression and death. Remembrance of Allah swt regularly will result in sins reducing over time, not instantly for most people. Because you will be habit of remembering Allah swt, so when your hands goes towards doing something sinful, Allah swt name will pop up in your head and eventually you will feel embarass to sin infront of Him, so eventually stop you in your tracks and reduce quantity and rate of sinning. I do taskiyyah by doing dhikr everyday...in middle of the night when I get up for tajjud specially get up. If I miss it, it impacts my day, I feel off. I get sakinah tranquility in my heart and soul from it, feeling beyond words can describe and helps me get through days and my chaotic life...

Song of Songs Chapter 5 שִׁיר הַשִּׁירִים Prophesy about Islamic Prophet Muhammad? Muslims claim that Songs of Solomon speaks about Prophet Muhammad. This is my beloved, and this is my friend, O daughters of Jerusalem.' According to these verses, the beloved of Solomon is "White and reddish in complexion and his locks are curled. The verse also says that 'My beloved is white and ruddy, pre-eminent above ten thousand. Rabee'ah ibn Abi 'Abd al-Rahmaan said: "I heard Anas ibn Maalik (may Allaah be pleased with him) describing the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him). He said: 'He was of average height, not too tall and not too short, with a pinkish colour, not very white and not dark, and his hair was neither very curly nor very straight. The Revelation came to him when he was forty years old, and he stayed in Makkah for ten years after the Revelation came, then in Madeenah for ten years. When he died, there were no more than twenty white hairs on his head and in his beard." (al-Bukhaari, 3283). Sahih Al Bukhari 3395,3396 Narrated Ibn `Abbas: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "One should not say that I am better than Jonah (i.e. Yunus) bin Matta." So, he mentioned his father Matta. The Prophet (ﷺ) mentioned the night of his Ascension and said, "The prophet Moses was brown, a tall person as if from the people of the tribe of Shanu'a. Jesus was a curly-haired man of moderate height." He also mentioned Malik, the gate-keeper of the (Hell) Fire, and Ad-Dajjal. According to this narration, we can also see that Jesus Christ is the true Messiah prophesied in the Songs of Solomon. But the Muslims admit that Muhammad is mentioned in the Book of Solomon only proves a false Christ! This hadith prove that Muhammad is not prophesied in the Songs of Solomon. But according to another Hadith, it is Antichrist who is curled hair and reddish! Are the Muslims claiming that Muhammad is the Antichrist? Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar: Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said. "While I was sleeping, I saw myself (in a dream) performing Tawaf around the Ka`ba. Behold, I saw a reddish-white man with lank hair, and water was dropping from his head. I asked, "Who is this?' They replied, 'The son of Mary.' Then I turned my face to see another man with a huge body, red complexion and curly hair and blind in one eye. His eye looked like a protruding out grape. They said (to me), He is Ad-Dajjal." The Prophet (ﷺ) added, "The man he resembled most is Ibn Qatan, a man from the tribe of Khuza`a. " Sahih Al Bukhari 7128 A lie has so many versions: Sahih Muslim 169b It is narrated on the authority of 'Abdulldh b. Umar that one day the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) mentioned in the presence of people about al-Masih al-Dajjal. He said: Verily Allah (hallowed be He and High) is not blind of one eye. Behold, but the Masih al-Dajjal is blind of right eye as if his eye is like a swollen grape, and the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: I was shown in a dream in the night that near the Ka'bah there was a man fair-complexioned, fine amongst the white-complexioned men that you ever saw, his locks of hair were falling on his shoulders. He was a man whose hair were neither too curly nor too straight, and water trickled down from his head. He was placing his bands on the shoulders of two persons and amidst them was making a circuit around the Ka'bah. I said: Who is he? They replied: Al-Masih son of Mary. And I saw behind him a man with intensely curly hair, blind of right eye. Amongst the persons I have ever seen Ibn Qatan has the greatest resemblance with him. He was making a circuit around the Ka'bah by placing both his hands on the shoulders of two persons. I said: Who is he? They said; It is al-Masih al-Dajjal. Another Hadith claims Dajjal will not enter Makkah and Madinah, these hadiths showing us deliberate attempts to cover up truth about true Messiah. Today Muslims pretend to be very certain that these verses in the Bible speaks about Muhammad. But Muhammad and his followers in his time struggles and contradict the description given about Jesus Christ. May be the the Muslims believe that they understood Bible better than Muhammad, his followers and Christians on the other side! 😄 🤣 😂 Islam's fundamental article is to differ from the Jews and Christians in every matter. So it is Muhammad and Islamic scholars who changed what the Jews and Christians have, including the God and Scriptures. But little dud they know that when they differed and rewrite the description of Messiah in the Songs of Solomon to the description of antichrist. Muhammad had fallen into the same trap and fit the description of Antichrist in it, as cured hair and reddish complexion person, which Muslims day speaks about Muhammad. And the other hadiths about the physical description of Jesus Christ contradicting with each other. Quran and hadiths are explicitly speaking of it. Quran 109:1-5 Say, ˹O Prophet,˺ “O you disbelievers! I do not worship what you worship, nor do you worship what I worship.I will never worship what you worship,nor will you ever worship what I worship. Riyad as-Salihin 1636 Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) as saying: "Jews and Christians do not dye their hair, so act differently from them." [Al-Bukhari and Muslim]. Jami` at-Tirmidhi 2695 Narrated 'Amr bin Shu'aib: from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "He is not one of us who resembles other than us, no who resembles the Jews nor the Christians. For indeed greeting of the Jews is pointing the finger, and the greeting of the Christians is waving with the hand." This is the reason Muslims who revere only Abraham,,Hagar and Ishmael (this is not in any of the previous Prophets tradition to go to Makkah for pilgrimage to lay homage to the family of Ishmael, who never partake in the reverence of the Prophets of Israel. Majority sunni people , Shia and Sufi who revere their imams and Saints do not seem to revere the Saints of Gospel, although Allah says they are the chosen ones above all mankond. (QURAN 3:32-33). Muslims come to Jerusalem only to invade the House of God, just because Muhamamd claimed to have visited there and prayed there before ascending to heavens in the night of journey. But Muslims only see this place as the third holiest place , although majority Prophets prayed there. According to the Bible, Isaiah 60:7-8 , Jerusalem will be the only place of adoration god our Lord given for all humanity.😂
Deutronomy 18 God tells Moses" I will raise a prophet like unto ,from amongst your brethren, I shall put my words in his mouth and he shall speak all that I command him " The prophet like Moses A.S is the prophet Muhammed pbuh. If you say that the prophet is Jesus A.S then this prophesy can apply to any of the jewish prophets that came after Moses ie not exclusively to Jesus. Mark 10:18 Jesus said why call me good , there is no good but God ALONE. Thus refuting the trinity doctrine. You make the claim that muslims only revere the prophet Abraham ,ismael and Muhammad pbut. I'm sure you have read the Quran & know that to be a muslim one has to accept all God's prophets .Moses is the most mentioned prophet in the Quran. Mary mother of Jesus has a chapter named after her. Zakaria & John the Baptist are honored in the Quran. The prophet Joseph his father Jacob are honored in the Quran as is David & solomon. The Quran talks of Noah A.s and the sons Adam A.s . Jesus is mentioned throughout the Quran with an explicit conversation between Allah swt & Jesus mentioned in surah maidah verse 109.. So your research is either poor or not sincere. Incidentally Jesus came to the jews whom they rejected . Jesus said I have only come for the lost sheep of Israel & prophesied a prophet to come after him .hence the jews were sitting in madina awaiting that prophet in medina expecting him to be jewish but God almighty sent a descendant of ismael A.s as prophesied in deutronomy 18 ( the brethren of the jews are the arabs) the jews rejected him because of race & lineage. And God almighty honored the followers of Muhammad pbuh as the final prophet & perfected the religion & chose Islam as the final religion. We face makkah the house of God built by Abraham & ismael A.s . And the Quran confirms it was Abraham who named us muslim ie people who SUBMIT to God's will. Thus confirming all the prophets were muslims who follow God's commands & worship Allah alone without associating partners to him.
