❤️ #Day39 : Balancing Your Life (Jesus tells the Father what he had been doing for the last three years. Preparing His disciples to live for God’s purposes. He helped them to know & love God, that’s worship. He taught them to love each other, that’s fellowship. He gave them the word so they could grow to maturity, that’s discipleship. He showed them how to serve that’s ministry & He sent them out to tell others that’s mission. Jesus modeled The Purpose Driven Life & He taught others how to live it too. That was the work that He brought glory to God. Today God is calling each of US to the same work)… ⚖️⚖️⚖️⚖️⚖️
I think the main problem with today's youth is this. Kid's are being taught to believe in God but not why they should believe in God. I was never given a solid reason why Christianity is true. it came to the point where everything atheists said and when I was reading the bible (not in a ancient jew mindset) to the point where it made me question Christianity because I had nothing to go on. I was never taught apologetics despite my dad being well versed in the gospel. He hardly made it easy to digest. The way I came back to christ further than I knew possible was when an ad from youtube that was talking about God popped up and then I watched more and more videos and fell in a rabbithole and before I knew it, I knew more about Christ than I ever did.
❤️ #Day39 : Balancing Your Life (Whenever problems occur, remember that God uses them to fulfill all five purposes in your life. Problems force you to focus on God. Problems draw you closer to others in fellowship. Problems build Christ - like character. Problems provide you with the ministry & Problems give you a testimony in the middle of a painful experience)… ⚖️⚖️⚖️⚖️⚖️
❤️ #Day39 : Balancing Your Life (Paul said “Now, I want you to tell these same things to followers who can be trusted to tell others”. In this book, I passed on to you what others taught me about the purpose of life. Now, it’s your duty to pass that on to others. You probably know hundreds of people who don’t know the purpose of life. Share these truths with your children, your friends, your neighbors & those you work. The more you know, the more God expects you to use that knowledge to help others. James said “Anyone who knows the right thing to do, but doesn’t do it’s". Sending knowledge increases responsibility, but passing along the purpose of life is more than an obligation. It’s one of life’s greatest privileges. Imagine how different the world would be if everyone knew their purpose. Paul said "If you teach these things to other followers, you will be a good servant of Christ”. Jesus, it's all for God's glory. The reason we pass on what we learn is for the glory of God & the growth of His kingdom)… 🤴🤴🤴🤴🤴
