Take a trip to south Africa and visit a shelter. The great ones take care of wounded big cats and release them into the wild. Some big cats cannot be released into the wild because they are too familiar with humans.
I'm a dog person through and through, but I still feel like our ancestors not being able to domesticate cheetahs is a tragedy. They're so oddly dog like lol. Plus if we had they probably wouldn't be endangered. They could never replace dogs obviously, but they would be cool to have if they were happy and comfortable being pets. Such a shame
@@MeneervanNorel perhaps you don't know the famous domesticated female cheetah Gerda who is also tamed and kinder than many real ordinary domestic cats, and keeps purring non-stop when with owners! The second domesticated beast those people keep is the puma named Messi! I'd advise you to have a look at them here on RU-vid, perhaps you'll like those characters!
