Hey John, awesome video. I am also fighting with allergies. For me getting an air filter and taking a shower before bed have helped me a lot to at least have no issues at home or when I sleep

Okmn allergies: See if you can get an oxygen tank for your allergies. I know this might sound extreme, but whenever I'm sick I turn it on and take some deep breaths. It helps a lot.

I have a quick question, I’m 54 years old I have my own home gym, I’m on program to get lean I do 30 mint of cardio every other day for three times, then I do a hitt cardio for 3 times every other day . I want to get leaner . Should I do this or 20-30 min of cardio every other?

Do whatever cardio you can sustain without causing too much fatigue. Use a calorie deficit as the primary factor for fat loss. Prioritize weight training and caloric deficit far more than cardio and you will make great improvements in physique.

Do the least amount of cardio to see weight on the scale drop so when you it stalls you have a direction to go and it doesnt matter what type of cardio as long as it gets your heart rate up and you enjoy it

John don’t you think your a bit too lean for a offseason? I’m not saying high fat gain is the goal but you could probably step on stage current condition and still not look out of place. What’s your reasoning for this?

Buddy I just stayed lean not even intentionally and went up about 22lbs of body weight. I know in video this looks close to stage but to really be inside out a lot more should come off. I do think we see some getting too soft in the offseason and it becomes unproductive and terrible on health markers.

I have more runaway to keep growing but I do want to compete this year and basically ran out of offseason time. I could have pushed the weight gain rate faster but could have led to lab work skewing and growing too faster can blow your waist out, so I does need to be paced out.

Replacing 50% isn’t enough to make that call w/ 💯 confidence (highest degree, for your N=1 experiment:). Plenty of ways to get custom made Primo to simply replace all Mast w/ quality Primo (w/ most benign solvents, oil choice), THEN report back on labs which is hardly foolproof but best we have..I guess you’re looking at a couple inflammatory markers, cholesterol/apoB (conc. & particle#), +few others. But don’t discount values which modulate growth (like GHBP, IGF, IGFBP’s) as Mast & Primo will end up w/ different E levels. & if Estrogen, a strong anti-oxidant, is different than your altering many variables & health markers (kidneys too) not directly related to the AAS (which is what makes this mini experiments difficult to conclude from) not to mention diet/insulin levels, sleep, everything else needs to be controlled. I definitely understand the mini confounding variables that lead to lack of conclusion on self experimentation. It’s just the best that we have to work with in regard to masteron versus Primobolan still yet to see some type of game changing difference in myself or out of the many others I have coached. Biggest driving factor. Here is the total milligram amount and a lesser importance is what that milligram amount is comprised of.
