When you need a full send coz some chow burner in his paddy whacker tried to take you to the rice fields, so you punch the berries down the old Wu-Tang war whistle to find out the eBay wastegates called in sick and sends a full load of Nagasaki into cylinder#1 and puts Rodney on a one way holiday to Mars after knocking like a jehoveh witness. Its falling off up top as the BBM is flicking back to shut at higher RPM's. Unplug the solenoid to have them open at all times.

When you weld the diff chuck some gears in there !! You must have mates with old Nissan diff gears , either 3.9 or 4.11's . Btr has horrible first gear and Falcon is soooo heavy . Give Barry a chance !!! With willowbank closed you have the time !!!

Skyline/pintara 3.9/4.11 gears are good if you're N/A. But they don't cope in a falcon with 400hp. I know from experience. I've gone back to 3.45's and they're perfect!!

@@nathans1829 Yeah, I had 4.1 mini spool in a BA. Didn't last too long once it was turbo and shattered the pinion gear. Problem with 4.1s in a 7.8" diff is the pinion gear is too small.

10GTE I put 4.11 in my r31 and it’s awesome would love to up the gearing on my bf daily for some fun

@@10GTE Never had a problem with them in my Nitrous applications , but they are only 7.5" gears. Am currently setting up a Ba with M80 4.11s so should be strong enough. These boys should have no problems sourcing a turbo M86 cradle and then using Territory 4.11s.

Too much timing down low increases combustion pressure for longer durations of time. Rod's don't like that. Lean AF ratio makes things melty. So he dialed things back to improve the safety margins...

Whats the rear housing on the turbo? im my experience the china housings are not as big as they advertise and the ford really does need the 1.06. My china 1.04 housing had 12 psi peak and 8 psi toward the top end, put a genuine garret on there and it would do a solid 12 or whatever line you wanted. You might be better of fitting a standard ford rear housing to keep the boost solid int he top end and not so fast spooling?

Its the power more than the boost thats the limit. 450hp is definitely getting close to limit for the rods.

Can you guys please get a barra, run it on normal gas, boost it and see what it takes? Everyone juices them on E85 I want to see what you can get on average shite gas with a standard xr6 turbo. Early or new, which ever you boys can get your hands on.

the old Barra may stand a chance if you put a good set of connecting rods in it .but you guys know that as it sets now Rodney is coming to visit soon it's going to be a shame to see him go but hopefully the Barra wins and makes you want to build it up for an install in Kevin .
