I love this so much. This makes so much sense to what I am seeing with my ten year old son. When he is on flat ground his timing and rhythm are clean, when he is off the slope he gets pushy due to the longer time within the drive phase. He tends to open up a bit early. I love the blends to create feedback for him to replicate positive positions. I have been watching your stuff for a while, my brother Kyle Grana played with you in the minors.

If I want to do the Triple Extension thing, would it make sense if I position myself like in 3:38 but with the back foot totally extended? When I do that, I feel most weight of the body on the front leg, don't know if that's good or bad.

Isn’t throwing a football more over the top? My son uses that a lot to get his arm loose but is that bad for mechanics if he is an over the top arm slot thrower? He does have early trunk rotation to accommodate that over the top path.
