Nadya Tolokonnikova tells CNN's Erin Burnett about the costly consequences Russians face for speaking out against Russian President Vladimir Putin and the war in Ukraine. #CNN #News
That's just a one case of hundred thousands since like 2011 when their laws started to implement censorship big time on everything (not that there wasn't cencorship before 2011 but 2011 marks the beginning of inhuman levels of it that only became worse and worse every year since then especially after Putin foully came back to power in 2012). But yeah, it's getting crazier and crazier and Putin becomes more desperate as he sees young minds being more resistant to his propaganda and justifications of his politics compared to the old generation that has been brainwashed systematically for ages starting even long before Putin came to power.
Those Girls are legends I remember early 2000’s they were rockin out all over Russia making Putin so mad. They’re Legends they’ve been doing it since the beginning.
You mean those men dressed up as women that the Globalist sent out to wreak havoc on the culture in Russia? At the time Russia was on the path to shed the Central Bank...and guess who didn't like that they would be debt free?
@@donthaveaname1086 Really, that sucks...that means when I listed the names of the producer and director for The View it got deleted? Was really hoping people would call them and ask why a globalist freak was on air calling for the murder of Americans. Putin should have kept the globalist OR in prison for longer these globalists are the arm pit of the world.
@@donthaveaname1086 just checked, those names are still up. Globalists are really dangerous people and need to at least be called out on these platforms.
Nadya and Pussy Riot are heading one of the most powerful civil protests I have ever seen. And they are some seriously tough and very brave women. They are simply the punk rock ethos in human form. Bless em.
Not quite as peaceful as Jan 6th but close. Crazy how she was jailed for peaceful protest. Just like how Jan 6 protesters were jailed without trial for protesting dictator Biden and the dems.
@@RodolphosTechchannel We do not shame women or men for their bodies or professions. If you watched the videos you could be shamed for being a voyeur of pornography yet no one is shaming you so stay in line.
Tell you what, this girl has more credibility, balls, and courage than 99% of the population of Russia!!! In fact a damn sight more balls than me!!! got to admire her bravery.. Russia needs people like that more than anything!
she's already safe in the U.S. and can speak her mind. People like you have no idea what it is to live in an oppressive country, its not your fault but in this regard you are just a child commenting about something you know nothing about
@Safe & Effective control over sheep (Andy peltola) Sadly, you know less than nothing. Saw your page, watched some videos. You are the brain dead sheep you castigate. Seek mental care before you hurt yourself or others. I suspect both YOU, and the people who knew you before you turned into THIS, bare the scars.
in my country, just the other day a police officer fought with his wife and then she tweeted 'the police are useless'. Now she's in jail. You have no right to complain about anything, you literally live in Heaven
Extraordinary woman. with great courage to stand up and protest against the regime, when it oppresses the society and the people who do not agree with Putin, and his government, and the blunt way they rule Russia.
You more need courage to stand against your own leaders who are oppressing You under inflation and Big financial crises because of their wrong decissions
Thats a guy on hormone blockers. They dress men up like women then send them out to be crazy and act like victims and push for all kinds of crap women don't want. They are the worst...there were some women beating these guys with sticks in India and that's how they should be treated.
I did 2 months in a Russian prison accused of the same crime. What Nadia and the rest went through still leaves me in fear of what could have happend. An extremely Brave person. Im in awe .
If you don’t already live in the free west, you should move here. You can claim political asylum on the basis of your record and will get it automatically. You will be welcomed in the free world. Ignore the chat bots and tiny penised Putin or Xi fans. They don’t represent anyone.
Man, He's a brave man. You still can't tell when they dress man up in female clothes, put some make-up and a wig on them and hand them a script to read? Get with it buddy.
I NEVER want to live in a country like Russia, not in its current form. No human being deserves that. We were put on this earth to be free, to say and do whatever we want, as long as it doesn't cause others pain. There is no room in our modern world for warlords like Putin. We must leave concepts like conquest and dominion behind us.
Putin doesn't own this war...Zelensky, and installed person who happens to be a Zionist started this war. It is a Zionist war...nothing different to see here since all wars are pretty much started by Zionists.
@mike lorenzo : You want every victim mention in every specific prayer? Unreasonable. It is China’s war as well as Russia’s, remember? But Lizzy didn’t mention that either, for the sake of brevity.
@@vade137 Yes I also feel the same way as you. In Ukraine it is the 99.99% men fighting and dying, but if you happen to say anything about the men on the front line, the comments will come in telling you it is men and women. They will virtually seek to demand correction. I am on my knees to Nadya, she kicked ass for years. If I applauded her as a woman I would be afraid it might appear like one of the "token" praises that must be made to women and it is no token praise for her.
Except that is a man. So what you are really saying is that it is brave for men to dress up like women, pretend they are women then fight men. Kind of stupid.
Sociopaths are incapable of emotional intelligence. Sometimes I feel the human race is experiencing an evolutionary species divide where one branch of the species has entirely lost touch with the concept of compassion for other humans.
@@OakleyMoodie I feel exactly the same. Its either internet has made their voices loud or journalists do a bad job highlighting horror or humanity is really drifting into something
Maria Butina interviewed Victor Bout on russian tv. His big complaint regarding his American prison experience was the quality of the french fries and hamburgers served I think every Tuesday. I saw this over a month ago and it still comes to mind everytime someone talks about their russian prison experience. Just one example of a thousand,in terms of,who has the moral high ground and why we have to support Ukraine.
Lol the American prison system is an example of our moral high ground? Really?....I assume the conditions in Russian prisons are horrendous but that doesn't mean ours aren't. Everyone talking about their time in Russian prison say things like we were forced to work. Basically it was slave labor. In American prisons you are forced to work. It literally is slave labor. The 13th amendment abolished slavery except as a punishment for crime. The supreme court has ruled that prisoners can be forced to work and the small pay they receive is not something they are legally entitled to. The Ukrainian prisons especially at this time are probably horrible too.
That pause after shd called him a clown...yipes. u cud see her doubt like "oh shyt I hope I don't get anonymously poisoned now, better watch my back". I'm so glad she got out of Russia and away from that psycho ruler
People who defy Putin "mysteriously" falls from buildings or gets their underwear laced with neurotoxins. I'd be paranoid if I was an activist living in mother Russia. Kudos to these people.
If you are a man, proppped up by Globalists, dressed up to impersonate women, and reading culture destroying scripts then yes, you should be paranoid....where ever you are....especially now that people are less willing to tolerate decietful manipulitive people.
Some of my fellow people in Poland may dislike me for that, but I once had a Russian girlfriend here in Germany. These were the good times some 10 years ago. That was before Putin went into crazy dictator mode and invaded Ukraine. Now you can't even trust the German government and you don't know who is friend or foe. But surely Nadya is a kindred spirit on our side! This is about the well-being and future of all Slavic peoples and countries.
In the last week or so a Russian child drew a picture with the Ukrainian flag in it protesting the war in school. She was detained and interrogated and her dad got arrested and may be imprisoned. She and her father are not the only ones something similar to this has happened, where the kids were the ones committing the infraction of caring about Ukrainians.
That's a guy reading a script in costume. He hasn't really accomplimshed anything except to decieve people. And who wants to brag about decieveing people?
@vade dude we get it, you're a closeted homosexual projecting conservative talking points even though you guys on average fantasize about pre-op transgender woman which is fine but be honest
In America you have to work in prison if they make you. We abolished slavery unless someone is duly convicted of a crime. It is legal slave labor. The supreme court ruled that prisoners aren't even entitled to the compensation that they get. Prisoners can be forced to work and any payment they receive is by the good graces of the state. They do pay a meager wage and the punishments for not working is probably limited to loss of privileges but as prisoners they are literally property. I'm not surprised Russia operates in the same way.
I can't help but notice that the people CNN brings to speak against Putin are very strange, try at least once to find someone who looks normal and decent (for the average viewer of this vomit) it would mean a lot for smarter propaganda
So, from hitting a like button to uttering a word are included in the scope of verbal offences. How do the russians intend to pay for their prison systems and population, given that there is no possible chance in the ice cold hell of Rura Penthe that those incarcerated could yield any kind of financial return on the cost of upkeep?
Imagine living in a country where it's against the law to criticize the president. Trump tried to do the same thing here in America. He Believes he's above criticism.
At this point you guys are just making us all look bad... It's starting to seem like you are intentionally angering whomever will help your cause of dividing society.
