PAKSIW NA BANGUS RECIPE (Exact ingredients below)
is one of the easy and quick Filipino dish recipe. Bangus or milkfish is simmered in vinegar, pepper, onions and ginger with some eggplant and bitter gourd. It is more tasty on the next day or morning, it compliments well with garlic rice and coffee.
Ingredients:
2 thumb size ginger
1 medium size onion
1 medium size of bangus
1/2 tsp whole peppercorn
1 cup of vinegar
2 tbsp of fish sauce
1 tsp of sugar
1 cup of water
1 small size of ampalaya or bitter gourd
2 pcs of eggplant
3 pcs green chili
1 tbsp of cooking oil
