I haven’t been able to sleep on my left side for a very long since I have hurt my upper left arm from strenuous exercise. However, occasionally I turn to my left side in the night and remain sleeping that way until it begins to hurt. Anyway, I am grateful for having learned about the advantages of sleeping on my left side. I hope to gradually make it a habit once I get the treatment from my doctor who have ordered an MRI to see what specific damage I had done.
