Yes that's good! Years ago, I was taught to use the Himalayan coarse salt as it is more effective than regular salt.

Thank you for your support. Salt is good for cleansing, it's good for body, but don't overtake it. Salt is good for healing, but again if you put on open wounds, you are in great pain 😀 I used salt for sore throat and mouth ulcers.

No need to stir. Just leave it like, if you find the water clear, it means your energy around is good. If it is murky water, it is absorbing the bad energy that is blocking you.

After you see the salt water clear, what will you do with the salt water. Will you just throw it away or what will you do.
