Ukraine continues to push russia back in places, hold in others. They do yield territory in a few places, this is true, but there have been no breakthroughs since Avdiivka fell and Ukraine has been rearmed. So, if the facts on the ground do not explain your perception, perhaps you are being lied to. But you are right, it is more than just weapons, it is also more than just men. War is not a video game; we do not live in a closed system. Ask yourself why russia is bogged down and struggling against Ukraine.... NATO? no. the USA? no. russia is under the judgement of God for its sins. It is time for russia to give an account of itself. So far, all it does it add to its sins.

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has a mandate.... oh, Zelensky.... you are talking about Zelensky.... Well, you see, I know you do not comprehend this concept, but Ukraine is a democratic nation. 31 March 2019, 39 candidates ran for President. Nobody received an absolute majority of the votes. Zelensky received enough votes to advance him to the second round where he received 75% of the vote. Now, Ukraine has a constitution that governs the behavior of the state (another concept I'm sure you do not understand). When RUSSIA INVADED UKRAINE, the constitution placed all national elections on hold. Therefore, NATO deals with Zelensky because Zelensky was the duly elected president of Ukraine and will remain so until either russia leaves Ukrainian lands, or the russian federation falls apart (which is the most likely scenario).
