The Russian Defence Ministry released a video of its troops capturing German-made Leopard tanks and U.S.-made Bradley Fighting Vehicles. In a statement, the Russian MoD said, "These are our trophies." On June 11, Russian forces attacked an advancing Ukrainian unit using NATO-supplied armoury. But the hatches are open, the crews survived, and the vehicles repairable. Unlike the Russian vehicles and crews. Of course tracks can be blown off on any vehicle, Russian, American, British or German. I am not sure that the vehicles were "captured" as the Russians are being beaten back.

This equipment did it's job. All the soldiers survived. Some had minor wounds but live to fight again. That's how western tanks and equipment are designed. We can replace these tanks and fighting vehicles. And the soldiers will fight on.

What most don't understand is that this isn't a game winning victory its still a dozen vehicles in a war with thousands. They have never been a wonder weapon they are just normal tanks. However they are high quality normal tanks and didn't die from enemy fire or friendly fire. Judging from damage the damage was from landmines. Which is only a small part of casualties in a conventional war. Yet all the rare vehicles destroyed only show landmine damage. That shows the Russian only have a endless supply of landmines and the US just hasn't sent things like the C4 ropes.
