I love the rubber welding gloves, feels great when it gets melted to your skin.. ask me how I know.. also crank that wire speed up until it's cackling smooth like frying oil wait what you put a gearbox on a gearbox so you can shift while you shift?
Except they're not going to select any of the gears from the bike engine because they put a gearbox in the way of the engines selector shaft, that was just clutch drag turning the output shafts did you notice he stopped it with his hands 🤣
You'll immediately regret it. This thing makes no power. I can't understand why they didn't just make it direct drive. This thing has 2 gear boxes now so the first gearbox is going to have to get the second one up to speed by shifting through all the bikes gears before the other one can shift into second and you'll need to shift all the bike gears back down to compensate for the now larger gear ratio before you can attempt to accelerate again and by that time your rpms have severely dropped and you'll have to start all over again. This make no power, and has zero speed. You might be able to go through all 24 gears if you go downhill and let gravity do everything.
I just came across your project! I am currently putting a 1100cc motorcycle engine in my toro Groundsmaster snowblower. I am going with hydraulic drive though.
we're wearing always flip-flops in our tropical areas !! walking, cooking, even at job time, night and day and at mechanics too, not a comedy but a way of life bro !
Lol even with no gas that wire speed needs turned up. but hey to each is there own. You just might get a lot of criticism from the pros and/or amateurs.
Мы сделали коробку для мотора с коробкой что бы ты мог переключать коробку когда переключаешь коробку) искры в карбы летят прям) кулибины. Сварочный не варит) за то кардан серебристый красивый 😀👍👍
Seems like the only benefit would be reverse, I would rather go with a reverse gearbox and keep the sequential if that's the case. If reverse isn't needed, then I would just go driveshaft-spline 🤔
That's set up is not meant to shift both of those transmissions while driving obviously. The bike engin is for shifting gears the transmission for selecting a gear ratio for your proper terrain at hand .
Sir it's awesome project ,can u tell me what bike engine and which car gear box u have used for do it because I am planing to do the same with Royal Enfield and Nissan Datsun go
From the local resources you have completed a great project... How many gears are there now...😆👍 Well done...be proud of yourselves and l hope the bike clutch lasts👍👍👍
At least 4x4=16 gears but could be as many as 6x6=36 gears 😂. Cant wait to see end of part 2 or beginning of part 3 when they realize they need 2 SEPARATE CLUTCHES. Only way around it is to lock the driven gearbox into a single gear. Lmao
Listen to all the welding experts saying, turn up the wire. Lmao. A mig welder spits like that when the wire is turned up too much or the surface isn’t clean. The wire doesn’t have the chance to melt into the puddle so it spits all over the place. Either the wire feed turned down or heat turned up.
Do you think that something similar could be done with a Hayabusa engine? I would like to put a high peRoadster. (400HP +) Hayabusa into a lightweight roadster. Thanks in advance for any and all thoughts, advice, opinions, or answers.
Won’t work properly coz it’s got the bike gearing witch is geared to bike sprockets like 16 front and 42 rear then add the 5 gears from a car gearbox witch is set up to a engines power way to much stress on the wet clutch plates won’t last a day ,nice work cant take that away 👍🏻🇬🇧
I cant velieve how concern people is about the sparks from the shop saw i am sure he was wraring thos flip flops wile welding with all those wrong setings on the welding machine 😂
I love your innovation and i need your help how to put two motorbike engine to work together on the same time same speed and same high dren in the same case
