The first mistake that was made in this case was the plantiff deciding to get with the defendant who just got out of jail then she was stupid enough to get pregnant. Now she's here in court suing. I always say no self accountability or ownership of wrongdoing whatsoever. The plantiff knew exactly what he was about from jump.

I think its some true to what he's saying. I can believe she was abusive too. Going forward I hope they can at least coparent and raise their kid together.

She had me lost from the beginning. They met in April 2016, she immediately got pregnant, the baby passed on in October 2016. Therefore, the baby was born when she was roughly 6mths or less pregnant. Could have been a possibility of the baby being premature, but she didn't mention that. Seems like a lie... Defendant didn't even know about the baby.

Sending fathers to jail makes your money problems worse, not better. You make him loss his current job, and make him less employable in the future, which translate to him not being able to qualify for good jobs. He then gets his CS order adjusted and you receive less support.

I believe the courts need to really sway away from child support. They should look at the character of the person and make a judgement about it, because of the father is always in their life and already spends money on them, it should be ok. It should not go to the mother, some of these women are trifling and just want to take everything for man. Not saying that he shouldn't pay child support, just saying in general.
