How strange, you put 1,000 pounds in the bed and God only knows how much tongue weight you obviously completely exceed the stated capacities of the machine and if you ever have a warranty claim on the suspension or driveline and Honda sees this video, they could easily deny the claim....I really don't understand the point of this video - What were you expecting?
We were on a scale to accurately measure the weight we put on the Honda. The manual says 1000 lbs. bed capacity (So we did that) The manual says 2500 lbs. tow capacity (So we did that) Should we have done them together? Probably not but that's why we put it to the absolute test to show that the Honda Pioneer 1000-6 is a beast and can haul basically anything you need to.
