Dear Spanish-speaking people; Yes I know what "la puta" means in Spanish. You can all stop writing it in the comments. That was the joke. FYI the actual name of the car is " Mazda Laputa", pronounced "Rapyuta".
I've done that on base with John Deeres and Clubmaster carts. The sort of things one does when one is stupid and young and surrounded by boredom and equipment. I mean this sort of organized thing. I suppose a lack of Kei (sp?) cars hurts those chances. Geo Metros and Pontiac Fireflies have all rusted away to dust.
NIce video once again Alexi! I was watching your stream on Twitch when you made the thumbnail for this video. Your streams and videos are always fun to watch :D Especially while I'm working at 6 - 9 am.
If you use a good strong kind of duct tape and make it a few layers, it may be strong enough to keep the PVC just enough so you can stop on the side of the track and remove it. I doubt it would hold much for continuous drifting but if it holds the pvc just enough so it doesn't come apart and break your bumper it'd be nice.
They'll still probably "break" but not just break off/split apart as badly, like the safety glass that when it "breaks" it basically still stays all stuck together.
Hi Alexi , love you videos, posting this comment to talk about "easy Drift" a drift option made by a friend of mine, a franch guy who create a band of rubber ultra-sleek to put on your tires like this pvc bands but didn't pop off with the back of your car when blow up. Hope you enjoy, thanks for your work;
that Jeremy Clarkson impersonation was farkn spot on mate ay, me coffee almost came out me nose, hahahaha, nice work bud, looks hell fun, would be more fun than me Mum's Camira with maccas trays under the wheels instead way back in the day, hahaha, keep up the good work :-)
Looks like so Much fun mang!&@! You Live the Dream my duud seriously, your so fluent with other languages which would make living there so enjoyable you are so lucky Nori I bet you wouldn’t believe how many people would kill too live the lifestyle you do,i hope someday in the future I can afford too vacation out there & have a chance to tandom with your r32 or mark2 💯
This reminds me of tray sliding my fwd Mazda mx6 back in high school:) we'd take dinner trays from fast food restaurants, put them under the back tires and lock the e brake up so we could slide around:)
That looks like some of the most fun you can have with a car. I have wanting to put rings on my Civic since your first video, but this video plus the possibility of getting space to actually work on my projects soon has me even more likely to try it. Just need to find either small enough wheels or big enough pipe... lol
This looks like so much fun! The Daihatsu Copen has a very similar rear axle to the mira but it has a lower centre of gravity. Maybe it could be even better at this sort of stuff XD
