This is a PWM module, You can use it for pulse transformer or iron transformer. It has low battery protection and voltage feedback. keep the voltage stable. It also integrates the totem pole driver. Easy to drive multiple mosfets. The biggest power can be 10KW (48 mosfet)

Không thấy bán PCB trắng trên shopee. Thấy bạn làm mấy cái MTTP, SCR, inverter hay quá mà ko bán gì nhiều. Tụi nc ngoài muốn cũng khó mua

To get the mosfet to fully turn on use higher voltage to the ic to get 15 volt at the pwm output use 31 volt but use a 23 ohms resistor to protect the ic from high current I drive my igbt with it and the 6 volt on the pwm from 12volt can’t turn the igbt on to fully so I made a booster converter and the ic output is now 15 volt and the inverter work great

Good day sit.. Thanks for the knowledge.. Sir I noticed u used complementary jfet to boost d ic's current.. 2n4416 jfet has a max drain current of 30mA.. In my case I have A1015 & c1815 bjt having max I of 150mA, can dis be enough to drive 8 mosfet( 4 on each channel) at 35k HZ freq??

Merhaba arkadaşlar. Ne555 darbe modülasyonu ile basit ama etkili bir şekilde kablosuz güç aktarım devresi var elimde. Mosfet olarak Irfz44n kullandım. Ancak soğutucu fan vs dahil aşırı ısınmaya çözüm bulamadım. Isınmayı gidermek için ne yapmam gerekir yardımcı olabilecek var mı. Güç 12 volt 1 ta da 2 amper bu arada. 2 amper de iyice ısınıyor.
