PwnCNC 2.2kw ATC Spindle cutting HDPE for VFD-Enclosures in slow motion 

PwnCNC 2.2kw ATC Spindle on the Onefinity Elite (woodworker) cutting HDPE side panels for our VFD-Enclosures. The HDPE is ⅜" thick. It's being cut in one pass. The ¼" O-Flute bit is running at 24k RPMs. It's being ramped in and the feed rate is 500ipm. Even in such a short distance I have the acceleration set so it does reach 500ipm but only for brief second.
