I would always recommend to buy a used logitech wheel for the first sim racing equipment. They are just everywhere and if it comes up that sim racing isnt your cup of tea or you dont have enough time it wasnt a giant waste of money. You can still upgrade afterwards when you got hooked with sim racing and smelled the petrol :)

Most people say that the v10 is better then g920 and I have tested out the g920 and I have a v10 and I like the v10 better and I have my Own wheel adapter and nrg wheel and the force feedback is a little stronger and the gears are smoother

PXN V10 is far betterin every aspect than the Logitech similars... he forget almost everything: chnageable wheel, pedal force adjustement, 2 analogical shifters (like fanatec top line), alcantara, better NM forcefeedback, PC+XBOX+PS.... THE PRICE)

I paid £165 for my g920 in 2015 new from curry's sold it this year for £140 £25 for 7 years defiantly go Logitech the resale is much better its a gateway drug tho be carful

And there is a pxn app to adjust that bad feeling and shaking and I fixed that and now my wheel is perfect doesn’t shake

had my g29 for 3 years now added a load cell for brake and it works fantastic been contemplating a fanatec dd pro but for £900 I'm happy to stay with the Logi for now until the dd halves in price

Have the dd pro and its a good upgrade from belt driven. I heard the new moza is cheaper and as good. Only suggestion with the dd pro is get the new pedals vs the dd pro pedals. Dd pro pedal with load cell is too stiff.

Someone must have found a storage space full of Mad Catz parts and thought "Well, let's see if we can make money out of these". In 2015, when I had a XBONE, (7 feckin' years ago!) I almost bought one of these wheels, but luckily opted for a used Thrustmaster TX. There's an ISRTV review from 2014 (ID 5kyHwH5zCOk) and as it seems, the manufacturer did not bother to make the wheel any better since then.

just get t300 or TX, its well worth the little bit of extra money compared to Logitech. I've been using g27 for years and can't believe how much better the TM TX is. Wait for some sale or get it used.

I have the PXN-V9, and it is really good, as far as I can rate it. The issue is it's the only wheel/pedal set up I've ever had/used, so I've no idea of how good it gets. All I know is it has proven way better than I thought it'd be for what I paid for it (although I got it for a good deal and it wasn't as low as 90 quid)

I need to thank you my friend on this detailed review. Actually, you saved me buying this wheel. The most annoying thing to me is the compatibility issues that show you that PXN through this wheel to the market half baked. In my country, the difference between this and G29 is only 30 USD (without the shifter in G29 which I don't need). I think 30 bucks is a very cheap difference in against quality, durability and compatibility, and connections issues. Thanks again .

Remember the logitech dont come with the shifter so you have to add that in to the cost, but im not saying the PSN V10 is good it just cost a little more because they makinmg you get a shifter upfront unlike logitech he made it an optional extra

Can you suggest a cockpit for F1, Rally and Euro Truck Sim 2 using CSL DD. I'm 5'11" weighing 65kgs. I've been looking at the Next level F-GT lite Formula but I'm not sure how it would hold CSL DD. I really like the f1 driving position with pedals as high as steering.

16:13 about the T-LCMs feeling springy. What I did was replace the T-LCM's throttle and clutch springs with the g29's clutch and brake springs respectively, it feels a lot better and studier. Would be an interesting video, a throwback to when you gave us the cork "hack" for the g29's pedals

the Logitech shifter makes a good Sequential and handbrake if you use it has two axis with a Leo Bodnar pedal usb cable

I recently bought the G29 new for £169, I honestly don’t see much competing with that for a bit. Really having fun with it and even after a week I am looking to see what I can upgrade too in the next 12 to 18 months. A real eye opener, I always found racing games pretty fun, adding a wheel (and vr) has turned the fun into a god damned addiction :)
