Poruka je višeslojna i govori o pokušaju Svetskog zdravstvenog sistema da kontroliše čoveka, to je jedno. A drugo.... Prednost koju ljudi daju zdravlju tela, a zapostavljaju zdravlje uma i duše. This song is absolutely PURE ART , better then any song this year in our country, lyrics is serious and amazing , deep on multiple levels. Music, visual and lyrics is a literaly mindblowing.
To all the people who are listening with 'cool' ears, this song is not for you. Many people are commenting saying the song is cringe, which is fine, you are entitled to your opinion. In my opinion, IF you understand the ART and the MESSAGE behind this song, im not sure how that could be considered cringe? But anyway, each to their own i guess> Come on Konstrakta! Artist in Serbia are not considered workers so they don't have right for free health insurance, so they have to go to private clinics and pay shitton of money for basic stuff.
Serbian entry: A young woman, in her 40s, mother of two, with an actual University degree (Architecture) gets on the stage, blows everyone's mind, all while fully dressed and just sitting and washing hands. Empress. From the song start till the end, all eyes are on her. And on top of that performance her song carries incredibly strong message about overwhelming "health" information every woman reads in magazines, promoted by celebrities and impact on one's mental health. She replicates compulsive behavior of all humanity: "Be healthy, be healthy, be healthy, be healthy..." and in the song finale twists famous Latin proverb pointing to a conclusion: "When your body becomes healthy, what about your mental health?" All those magazines bring readers in a state of "health" paranoia, while your mind becomes sick, sad, desperate and frightened. Truly a masterpiece. Song has so many layers that you can analyze for hours, from reverse Latin start, to powerful Latin ending, all packed in perfect theatrical delivery. This song is simply beyond Eurovision. It belongs in a museum.
Your interpretation is spot on even though some Serbians don’t get it at all. After her semi final appeaeance she trended in 1st place over night and people on TikTok got it tight away and went on a mission to vote for her and get her to win which she did in the end. She didn’t expect to win and said in an interview she just wanted to promote her music. But the lyrics snd song are awkwardly honest and the conceptual and unique performanse and track are finding fans all over.
And neither do some people from other countries. Let's just say that some people don't understand it, that would be more fair. And just like with every other subject, those who don't fully understand it tend to get involved in pointless arguments, and they are usually the loudest of the bunch.

Ovde se ne radi samo o covidu, knjižici, zdravstvu, ili umetnosti. Većina onih koji su komentarisali pesmu nisu se potrudili ni uključiti CC da bi bar pročitali tekst. I wouldn't agree with you, on the contrary, I think that many Serbian understand this song and it is great. Understanding this song has nothing to do with nationality, and I can bet that in every country there is divided awareness of this song. It is not difficult to translate this song into any language, and I think in this case language is not any barrier to be understood, and it is like that was also the goal. It has nothing to do specifically with Serbian insurance. I agree that she's a genius :).
@@sanjamandic2851 No of course not it has nothing to do with nationality, it's just that people expected something else to represent us, or let me say it differently: they are used to completely different singers and performances which dominate the Serbian music scene. From my everyday experience, most of comments are negative. Why is she talking about spleen and what kind of performance is that? Washing her hands? That's stupid! Things like that. Trust me, an average Joe that watches reality shows can not understand the song.
@@cookie_dough_hangover I'm aware of all that stuff. It is a global case and there are deep philosophies to be discussed when speaking about people's awareness. Stupidity is not that widespread in Serbia, despite a lot of bad things we've been through, it could be worse :). This song won and it is a sign there is still hope for us :).
For anyone interested here’s an explanation of the song: 1)The name of the song in corpore sano is in latin and it’s short from the latin saying "Mens sana in corpore sano" meaning "A healthy mind in a healthy body" 2)”What's the secret behind Meghan Markles healhy hair?” part refers to mainstream media constantly bombing us with different health tips that are usually there just to promote products and/or make us more insecure. 3)The part saying that an enlarged spleen isn't pretty refers to people making assumptions about someone's health just based on their looks and emphasizing physical health while a person can look really good but have many mental health issues no one knows about. 4)Artists in Serbia aren't recognized as workers by law so they don't get free health insurance meaning they have to pay to be treated in private clinics which a lot of them can't afford including Konstrakta's former band member which died of leukemia cause he couldn't afford treatment. The first and second chorus are different. The first one says "An artist MUST be healthy" referring to international artists that get free healthcare, while the second one says "An artist CAN be healthy" referring to artists in serbia and the healthcare system not caring about their well-being. 5)The part where she prays to god for health and says she puts her trust in her heart beating refers to her having to rely on god and her own body to regulate her health cause that's her only option being an artist in Serbia. 6)The part where she says the artist is invisible and it’s like magic refers to artists not being recognized by the government and the healthcare system. 7)The last part of the song is in latin and it refers to people prioritizing physical health and outside looks over mental health which is also very important. Now let’s talk about the staging: 1)The obsessive hand-washing refers to COVID 19 and the importance of keeping your hands clean again massively talked about in the mainstream media while neglecting the impact the pandemic had on people's mental health. It also can be paying homage to one of Marina Abramovic’s (internationally known Serbian performance artist) performances called “Art must be pretty, an artist must be pretty” where she sits for hours combing her hair while repeating that cause she realized people focused a lot on her looks and her hair being messy and prioritized that over her art. 2)People standing behind her can be priests that pray for her health and/or are getting ready for her to die. *not mine
This is a masterpiece! Its art! Its depth! And a good beat! So many important messages hidden all over! One of the messages is not to be superficial… Text, act, Latin with Serbian, vibe, visual stage performance by washing hands, which may be interpretated as avoiding and skipping responsibility in a deeper conection!!! ITS JUST SOMETHING ELSE!!! A gift to modern world!!!💖Serbia was responsible for the creation of the modern world by giving the world brilliant minds, and one of them invented electricity! Today pointing out the problema of the modern world and just giving a gift with best wishes, to become better individuals, and love ourselves and take care of each other!!! GO SERBIA, GO WORLD! HVALA!!!💖
And now we are basically sending a Trojan horse, wrapped under the guise of ocult, new age, and globalist song that actually undermines their plandemic and bringing of enslavement through great reset. Im gonna be laughing if this song wins on that clown 'woke' contest
To better understand, turn on subtitles/cc. It is actually pure artistic theater play in four acts packed in just 3 min. covered with a fantastically arranged musical matrix around a hypnotic rhythm, which perfectly follows the story told with a vocal that vibrates as part of the music (take attention for all details). Enough to be a masterpiece, even in the selection of the famous theater festival in Edinburgh. And the story is as follows Intro - EVERYTHING IS UPSIDE DOWN A modified Latin saying: a sick mind in a healthy body was read backwards. Act one - ROUTINE We waste our time following celebrities and other people's lives, and discuss about them, about nonsense through the social networks (what is the secret of healthy hair Megan Markl). It's going even deeper. This became normal behaviours and it is compared with health, healthy behaviour. So, expectation is that artress also must be part of this "normal behaviours" (MUST be healthy). Act two - LONELINESS We are now part of this routines, some system control our fundamental functions (heart ticking and breathing), we are alive, in virtual world and it's OK. But we are alone. No children, no friends, only dog. We are walking satisfied but without sense, with empty mind (counting steps, and that's all). Act three - COGNITION Knjižica in Serbian is not only social security, but it's also symbol of belonging to some system or organisation as a member What if I am not a member? If I'm out of system? We will lost our followers, others will not monitor us anymore (what was normal, healthy), nobody will "care" about us, or organize our life (what was normal, healthy), and artress become invisible when she is out of system. Act four - WAKING UP The absence of system influence artress see like a magic, becouse it means independence, so she CAN be healthy, with open mind, according to Latin saying "men sana in corpore sano" (healthy mind in healthy body). Can be, can be, can be. conclusion - WHAT'S ABOUT MIND? Everything is about body condition (corpore sano, corpore sano, corpus is sano - and body is healthy), but no one talks about the state of mind. So, she mentions those states of mind and ask: And what shell we do? And finally, the messages from the stage and the video. When health is mentioned, hand movements show that something is not normal. We need to be washed constantly, to be clean. Our mind same as our body. Either others will do it or we will do it ourselves. Again and again... So, regardless of the placement, its appearance is a victory for Serbia and the Eurovision Song Contest.
Washing hand is simbol for opssesion. Also one of the point of song is at the end...it says that we have healthy body but sick mind and soul. Mental hygiene. Bravo for understandig deep meaning. ❤🧡💛

So many layers in the song, but most important i think its covid19 terror in the world in the past 2 years - lockdowns. Constantly washing the hands(people around her representing WHO and their advices and madness) like we have never before washed our hands?! Part with the dog is related to lockdown when we could to leave the house only to take a walk with the pets and only for 30 minutes per a day. Last part is related to consequences of the last 2 years. And moree, but this is the biggest messages for me so far. Also for a moment behind here is Ukraine flag with virus made of the fingers, meaning that we are switching from one madness(corona) to another(war), constantly bombed by fear from mass media, and our mental health is suffering because of that.
Thank you for the clarification of the stroll with the dog part. It was the only bit that left me totally confused. I guess because I haven't got a dog and had no experience with those walks.
Mic drop! There are many people from Serbia who didnt understand this song, and you got it after first listening! Everything you said its on point. Greetings from Serbia!
This song is about mental health. For the past 2 years, health care in Serbia has been paralyzed by the Covid19 virus, and the state has covered all the costs of treating people suffering from the covid virus. And now that the pandemic is over, "What do we do now?" Many people have lost their temper and unfortunately in Serbia little attention is paid to mental health
Yes, Serbians right now change a construction of this world, architecture, what ever. And deeper mining in this song are Spirit over Body. We are existing in both ways.
This play is the purest art. While the lyrics may seem a bit silly at first, they are actually dead serious. The song has so many layers, and a lot of space for different interpretations. Konatrakta herself emphasized the importance of each listener's own interpretation. 1. The song begins with a title from a beauty magazine that Konstrakta once saw: What is the secret of Megan Markle's healthy hair? - This is a reference to the obsession of modern society with beauty; That's what beauty magazines do - they create uncertainty about your hair, skin, nails, weight, etc., and then advertise products that promise to change that. This is what the second line of the song says about "I think the secret is in deep hydration"
the song, in its form, is a free flow of thoughts provoked by the beauty article on shiny celebrity's hair. the song is very satirical and speaks about lots of issues and has many layers, but most important one is people's obsession with physical health and looks because of trends imposed by celebrities (megan markle's hair) or because of the necessity - an artist, usually invisible by the system, doesn't have health insurance in serbia and needs to check symptoms with dr. google or pray to god to be healthy. also, trying to prevent the disease by washing hands is ultimate imperative while mental health is often neglected.

It's incredible how you managed to fully analyze the meaning behind the song, whereas a lot of Serbian people dismissed it as some weird, "satanic" song. Regarding the health insurance in Serbia, it's not like the US, BUT the system doesn't work properly most of the time and there are issues with booking doctor appointments and stuff. She has my vote!
This is more of a performance art than 'just' a 'song'. It's hard to believe that a wider public would even understand what this is about, being already hooked on some pop crap.

She wash hands for 3 minutes because the mainstream media has been repeating this to us non-stop for 2.5 years, as if we had never known before and how to wash our hands at all! People today are burdened by how Megan Markley has such beautiful hair and important things are being kept quiet from us and that is why it starts with that question. The point is also our mental health, which was massively destroyed under the pretext of "taking care of our physical health".🤝
Yes , she is representing Serbia on the Eurosong.. at the end we dont care about the position on the ESC, the message is the most important thing here.. hope everyone gets it
Thanks Skonson bratee. I looked at some RU-vidrs who reacted to this song, and they were literally nowhere near understanding it like you. You are very intelligent. Mostly everyone is shocked or confused, and has no idea what it is about. But Serbs love this song, this is something different, something special. We no longer want to watch half-naked singers and dancers represent us. We are finally sending art and a message to Europe. And yes, please react to the KONSTRAKTA - TRIPTIH. I am very interested in your opinion.
Washing hands also has a deeper connotation. A lot of people in healthcare are 'washing their hands' of sick people that need healthcare but don't have insurance. If you go even deeper, you can talk about politicians 'washing their hands'. Collectively as a society, no one is taking the responsibility, everyone is just 'washing their hands' from the responsibility. Also, I get the feeling, that in general people don't want to 'get their hands dirty' to attack these issues of mental health etc.
In corpore sano (in a healthy body) is a song that will represent Serbia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 in Turin, Italy. The music was written by Ana Đurić and Milovan Bošković, and the lyrics by Ana Đurić, who performs under the pseudonym Konstrakta. In corpore sano is an excerpt from the saying - men sana In corpore sano, which means healthy spirit in a healthy body, a verse written by the Roman poet Juvenal, born around the sixties of the new era. And this saying is taken from the verse which reads in its entirety - one should pray for a healthy spirit in a healthy body, ie "orandum est ut sit mens sana in corpore sano". The essence of Ana Đurić's text is the question - what if we are healthy if our mind is sick? She expresses it in the words - "the body is healthy and what will we do now, a weak mind in a healthy body, a sad soul in a healthy body, a desperate mind in a healthy body, a frightened mind in a healthy body" ... rhythm, Ana actually lets out a howl of despair of a modern man who promotes at all costs a healthy body, physics, matter, supplements, drugs, vaccines and constant hand washing, without anyone caring about the spirit that is sick due to the influence of propaganda, forcing false values for the purpose of general deafening. Humanity is healthy, but the spirit of the times is sick - weak, sad, desperate and scared. Hand washing as a symbol of cleansing from dirt will be well received not only as a kind of marking the end of the pandemic and all controversies, but also an invitation to start washing hands from all diseases of this world, which is not in the corner and which lacks Juvenile - we should pray for a healthy mind in a healthy body. Jesus Christ is the way to be delivered from a sick soul… she is calling out to God here… the choir part, the crosses everywhere that appear after she “baptizer hands”.… this song has a hidden message to turn to Jesus Christ. It is logical for a country as Serbian to send out a message like this because it is an Orthodox Christian country. We live in a world where people have completely abandoned God, today’s society is nothing different from Sodom & Gomorra as it is totally indulged in sin. Nothing is holy anymore. God became Man so we could be deified and healed by His only begotten Son, that was crucified for our sins. People must repent and turn away from their wicked ways as we clearly live in biblical times. Lord have mercy on us
The best comment! So, there are more people in the world who are sick and tired of media toxic influence of how to live a life... For years they are terrorising us with superficial staff and the covid terror was the top - fear, we all gona die, social distance, and so on and so forth... Enough! Thank you, these comments gives me a hope for humanity! One more thing - finally artist does what artist should do..!
Hi Skonson, you're spot on for the meaning, bravo! 👏👏👏 The song is satirical and random on purpose, it has many layers and many messages, but the main one is about people being obsessed with their physical health while neglecting their mental health which is being hurt in the process. She won btw, she'll be representing Serbia in Eurovision, we in Serbia are very proud of her and this Art 😁
The meaning of the song is very deep: There are several messages: 1. In the time of COVID everybody is brainwashed that they have to do this, that,to stay physically healthy…. And what about mental health after all that? 2. She wears a medical uniform and washes her hands: this is how she describes medical person when someone without a health card comes for treatment ( they wash their hands of that person, it doesn’t exist) 3. People who do not have free health care , and they do not have money , can die freely without a guilty conscience 4. The people around her in back looks to me like rippers, just waiting for those who can’t afford treatment or they could be priests cause there is only left to pray when u can’t afford the treatment or health insurance 5. The general opinion that one must be beautiful, and in order to be beautiful one must be physically healthy. No once cares about mental health anymore, which is also important 6. She is also like a fortune teller looking at her hands trying to figure out why she is sick and what symptoms does she have cuz she can’t afford health care insurance 7. Artists in Serbia don’t have Heath care insurance and her friend died of cancer because of that 8. Obsession with a healthy body while the mind is desperate sick sad and frightened
You are right about everything. The story is about consument society. The girls and woman especially that are focused more on outside looks than menthal growth. Also in Serbia is very hard to have basic social insurance evendo government say is not. You need a 1001 paper to have a social. Running only for outside beauty you stay very poor inside. Washing hands multidimensional doctor who wash hands from your problem , washing hand from Covid not paying attention what's going on around you globally. You had a good observation.
Massive respect to you for the way you interpreted the song! I'll add some additional points, as I honestly believe it's important to fill in the gaps: Parts of the song are in Latin, a play on the famous Latin proverb Mens sana in corpore sano. However, she rearranged it, so the health of your body comes before the mental health. The first line is actually in reverse - Mens enfermos in corpore sano (a sick mind in a healthy body). As for the Megan Markle part, it's a jab at mainstream media and what's being broadcasted as huge news, and how media reinforces our obsession with appearance and with the superficial. Illness is reflected on your face and body, you can't risk getting sick, you've got to stay beautiful. Stay beautiful, stay healthy, illness is not pretty. Those are some things I noticed most people are confused about - Latin, and Megan. Especially Megan xD. Carrying on...She's wearing nurse uniform on purpose. Also, the flowers are not there by coincidence - you bring carnations to sick people, to express gratitude to the nurses (a local custom, bordeline bribery even), or to the cemeteries. It's open for interpretation. So, even these small details carry a message, and you have to watch this song as an art performance which carries an important message. Obsessively washing your hands is again obsession with physical health, or could be interpreted as that. Again, mental health is neglected (Latin is important here). If you want to take the meaning of the metaphor even further, it could be the government (and/or the doctors) washing their hands from responsibility. And then there's the fact that she, as an artist, has got no health insurance. I'm surprised the song won in the election year, but I guess Vucic's (cult) followers missed the point (one of many points) of the song xD
