your energy is actually contagious man!!! can't wait for episode 2 of coke with kajol, however, i will never dip mac n cheese in ketchup and i'm VERY upset at you for this. 😂 thanku for the plug you amazing woman 💕
I Banker in London here mam . I was raised in India and I feel most desi kids raised in UK are more desi than a dude from India . Loved your video . We have to increase our representation in White occupations and not just tech and medicine .
@@KajolPhadnis Desi parents feel like Non stem fields like Consulting and Banking are a taboo and when you just show them the advantage , they accept it . In India we have a thing for dudes "IITs se engineering karo , IIMs se MBA karo and life set" whereas for women it is like "tu medical karo ap kuch bhi kar sakthi ho" . Like it is hard even for a desi male to be in a male dominated workplace and for a woman to succeed also being asian / desi requires real guts mam . Wish you a successful career and life . I did mine in engineering , hated CS and Tech but had to score a lot so it was a constant grind for like 7years , Must be harder for physics and that too in three years in UK I guess
Omg watching you blossom from your earlier videos to now! You’re definitely a lot more comfortable being yourself on RU-vid now! We need more Auntie K!
Hey Kajol, at 6:20 as you mentioned. It really applies to myself too. I was trying to fit in all these years in my undergrad and postgrad. But I recent saw a video where a child of class 12 (I suppose) addressed the topic “why try to fit in, when u can stand out”. And I happy to hear that again here from you. Thank you so much for being an inspiration. Your words add so much value.
The best book for entrepreneurship I’ve ever read is “Zero to One” by The Don of the PayPal Mafia, Peter Thiel. It’s full of idiosyncrasies which the author has empirically noted throughout his life.
@@KajolPhadnis Wait. Am I mixing things up here? He doesn’t talk about the Lean startup. In fact he doesn’t subscribe to that idea and has written that founders (he calls them “Builders” as a fan of Ayn Rand) should ditch the lean startup and go for something definitive. Hmm.
Congratulations for 5k! I know I am always suggesting more videos 😛. But as someone new to corporate I am usually confused about make up at work. If you could throw some light on that or do small short video or even an insta post it might be really useful for corporate freshers like me! Is turning up at work without make up unacceptable? How much of make up is usually expected? Maybe consulting could have a different scenario (I am into social media marketing in Dubai) but any input would definitely help Thank you for your lovely content ❤️♥️❤️♥️
omggg yes I'll do a post on Instagram, what are you finding tough? I used to wear red lips lol and think I stood out tbh so now I go minimal but always happy to chat about it x
@@KajolPhadnis I will say finding the right balance between glam and professional make up. Lipstick is one of them! Ear rings too sort of! I stopped wearing make up because I was so confused 😛 But I don't want to look dead too
Have you seen School 2015? It's the only kdrama I've watched I said I was gonna watch more after it because it was SOO GOOD but now I'm falling into BL pipeline instead 😂😅😆. Been here since less than 1K (despite being an apprentice in investment banking but I just love the videos and even took onboard your "waking up early and watching a drama episode" tip it's so helpful), congrats for 5K!!!
Omg I haven't but gonna try that next!!! I'll tell you you I think. Thank you sooooo much for supporting me 💙💙💙 Lmao I've stopped that wake up early and watch a drama now 😭😭😭 oh I miss it. I did stay in bed and have a marathon of kdrama today tho 😁👀
