You can be out of shape and healthy and happy. You can be in-shape and unhappy. But for either category you are likely to be happier if you keep physically active and don't obsess about the opinion of others. The video is good nuanced observation showing that things don't have to be all one way or the other. Shades of gray can work for you. 😊

Dave is spot on about creatine being dangerous. I had a friend who had a jar labeled "creatine" and I saw him using it everyday and he kept getting paranoid, red eyes, had the sniffles, & he would also start snapping at any moment and punching walls. He ended up dying or being a fictional character in Breaking Bad or something.
