is it better to eat fruits and veggies as is instead of drinking them? Concerned about gaining weight if I drink my calories, please let me know what your thoughts are.
Wow, a month is a loooong time. I wouldn't recommend that. Perhaps a day or two of fruit/veggie juices per season could be helpful depending on your constitution, but it sounds like your friends are on an extreme diet. I'm all about healthy, moderation and making choices that you can sustain for a lifetime.
