Thank you for your honesty, your candid rawness (sorry, I have no other words to describe it!) and for giving us some of your spoons. You are making a huge difference, and I say this not to add any pressure whatsoever but just to emphasise my gratitude on behalf of myself and my students past and present who may or may not be coping with mental illness. You make academia a better place to be in.
