I so enjoyed this video, thank you for sharing with all of us. The last question on trust. I have thought a lot about that in regards to my own particular situation. Trust, there wasn't anything my dom had to do or change for me to fully trust him. What had to change was me. I had myself locked away behind walls I denied were there. Walls I built to protect myself from horrific past traumas. I'm in my 50's, so I thought the way the walls shaped me was just who I was. Those walls, the ones I built to protect me, just kept me in a constant state of fear. One day I just said to myself, "I am to old to live in fear, my Sir has never done anything to harm me, I'm done being afraid ." With that I escaped fear (nontrusting) and found freedom in fully trusting my Sir.

Allowing yourself to surrender and unlearning all the prior social programming is an incredible liberating journey and think so many feminine women can learn a lot, not just submissives. To the dom who asked the question about getting his sub to be more submissive and obedient: Two things to remember. When a woman chooses to grant her submission, ultimately she is doing it for her own reasons, and her own fulfilment. Always keep that in mind. Second, communicate and negotiate. Express to her your specific wishes, and ask her what would make it worth her while and her choice to grant them. Assert your authority firmly but fairly, then expect yourself to provide value in return to her for her choice to comply. Ultimately, continual communication is key.
