1:10 is one of the stupidest things that many realtors do. They take pictures of the property in angles to make it look bigger and different. And essentially setting themselves up for failure because your first impression when you first see the property is "disappointment".
@@233Deadmanthey aren't allowed to enforce it in any way. It's essentially optional. Doesn't work for all public services but it would be nice if the Ministry of Defence worked the same way.
July 2024: First time seeing this. Rather funny. I am a James Bond aficionado (Sean Connery, of course); the story of the theme music is priceless. And I still adore the James Bond theme.
@@phrezal There is a Sci-Fi story about" the man who bought/owned the moon". It is a clever story and pre-dates anyone actually being in a position to lay claim to the moon. There was a bit of a fear that the first one to land someone on the moon might try to claim it!
