The kidneys are associated with multiple functions and need to be maintained for optimal health - it resonates with the water element. In this video White Tiger Qigong Instructor, Effy, goes over the function of our kidneys, how it is associated with so many organs/functions, and then she dives into a routine we believe is best designed for the kidney and bladder meridians.

Dis-ease of all kinds are caused by misalignment of the body (physical/subtle/frequency). Qigong and Sotaiho cured all my dis-eases. I am not a doctor, I am an all dimensional consciousness posing as a human in 3D. Allopathic doctors are murderers. Worth the suspension of my account to type this truth.

Exercise would help, but you need to follow your doctor's advice, and adhere to a new diet. As far as I know, liver can somehow regenerate, but for the kidneys, only prevention.

oh i have a question. when doing any chi gong exercises... i find that it raises my sexual energy/life force but it is stuck in lower dantian. It gets uncomfortable like i'd need to disperse it or be feeling stuck with those energies that keep me awake at night.

I just did this routine for the first time after having practiced your healthy heart routine yesterday. Eventhough I probably didn't do everything right the first time I can already feel the area around my kidneys warming up. Also interesting that you mentioned the pericardeum. According to my acupuncturist a cpl of months ago, I had a bit of a problem with that. Are there more exercises that address this part of the heart? Thank you for this video!

Thank you, I’m glad you found it useful. Any qigong exercises that involve flipping of the wrists or arm rotations would address the fire element (heart/pericardium)

Like the practice and your voice,but why the "music"?please,it has nothing to do with the practice .....i assume the music is to make it "palatable" to viewers who can not calm their minds,but having music that has not been designed for,and is specific to a practice does not help the practice,ones natural rhythm,or getting ones mind and body to listen and pay attention to itself. Hi Rob, the main purpose of the hand behind the back is the Lao Gong acu-point is on the Ming Men acu-point on the back. The back of the hand is resting on the Ming Men.

Yes, in Dragon Whips Its Tail or Dragon Qigong. That is the lower dan tian.

You can absorb Qi from the earth better with bare feet. Rubber can disconnect you from that. Also it is better for the muscles of the feet and toes as well as acu-points in the feet.

Hello there - thank you for reaching out and for your comment. It is true that in White tiger we tend to ‘allow’ bare feet in order to experience the connection to the ground. This is not the universal view as there is a strong opinion for a thin rubber barrier between our feet and the ground so that qi continues to conduct around the body. I wear a thin and very bendy and soft rubber sole. And I always do!! The softness of the shoe allows me to have a connection to the ground and the rubber sole ensures that what I am trying to circulate within my body with my practise is not dispersed. 🙏🙏

Honestly it's hard to get through with your superb video with all the background of the birds I will turn on the captions and lower the volume and read what you're saying thank you when she starts doing the exercises at about 5 minutes into the video background noise of the birds stops.
